I'm a bbq snob and can honestly say, they take zero shortcuts with this hardwood smoked bbq. It's hard to narrow down which meat to order so I always opt for a Trinity or a Pit Master Platter. Don't sleep on the sides. Pro tip, it's fun to try different sauces and Happy Sprinkles. Noteworthy - the meat is NOT overly salted, which is a common bbq mistake. Friendly staff too. We're regulars and it's a win all year round, especially in the winter months...
Some of the best bbq I had in the dmv. I was very satisfied with the half rack of ribs I got today. I love how they don’t put additional sauce on the ribs and let u enjoy the flavor as is (you can add dipping sauce such as the unique alabama white sauce).
