Absolutely miserable. Order was totally wrong, service was grumpy and slow. If there was a negative rating this place would deserve it. Staff unhelpful and non apologetic

Great smash burger! The food came out really fast. I recommend getting the kids meal burger because it is basically the same size as the other ones and you save a bunch of money. You still get the same amount of fries and you get a drink.

Quick bite between flights but not eating beef? Smashburger it is! Or it isn’t! The chicken sandwich was super dry. The fries were at least rosemary good. I know gourmet isn’t in most airports but this was pretty bad. Maybe the burgers are better?

Food tasted good, but the order was wrong twice. I ordered a chicken burger no mayo. At first, I got a cheeseburger with everything on it. Second time, was a chicken burger but with mayo on it. Disappointing experience and will not be returning.

I ordered a shake. It took Forever. I questioned if it was the kind I ordered which was confirmed by them. No it wasn’t I also asked why there was no whipped cream. I was told there wasn’t any. Total apathy to customers - myself and others around me. No customer service no product as represented

There were only a few customers, but they couldn’t seem to get anything correct. I should have picked up on it quicker and just got a refund, but eventually they gave us half of our order. When I pointed out the missing parts, it took forever and the rest of the food was cold. The burger tasted good (even though it wasn’t as we ordered).

I think it may just be a disorganized mess?

I'm surprised this restaurant can operate with so many violations and terrible service. None of the employees seem to know what they're doing and need training. The place has 3 cash counters and 2 of them were closed.
