Smashburger

My first time at smashburger and it did NOT disappoint. Midwestern so I hope the gravity of this compliment sinks in, but rivals Culver’s! Very friendly and attentive staff, excellent service, quick and hot food, reasonable prices, what’s not to like?!

Smashburger's smashfries just get me. They came out crispy, hot, flavorful, and transport me to a simpler time in my life. I love Smashburger's fries and for $4 to sit happily by my gate? Can't complain. The lady who took my order was nice and smiled when I wanted just fries. She knows what's up!!

Got the classic burger - very tasty and the patties seemed to be at least 4oz each. The major negative is the excessive grease. Service was okay and there is no seating.

After being transferred to a different gate in the airport, I quickly had to find something to eat before boarding my plane. It wasn't easy to do this! There weren't many quick options between my original and changed gate.

Smashburger ended up being my choice. It will never again be my choice. This burger was made exactly as I ordered it. However, it was not appetizing at all. It had a funny taste like it was made on the same grill as something else, yet the grill wasn't cleaned before making the burger.

Nitsihit, the cashier, was very quite when he spoke. I had to ask him to repeat nearly everything he said. In that environment, one would think that he'd know to speak up.

It was also confusing to those patrons waiting on their meals as the kitchen staff would just call out what was ordered as opposed to the ticket number or even the purchaser's name.

As disappointed as I was in this experience, the hamburger served it's purpose, but I won't purchase from Smashburger again!

Not here to review the food. Of course it's mid food. I got just the smash tots thingies and they were underwhelming, but come on. That's to be expected. For food you need between your flights and on the go, I just want to say kudos to these staff. Some people are insufferable man... Witnessed some serious attitudes given to these poor workers just for doing their thing. Bless y'all. For heaven's sake it won't be the tastiest thing on the world but it's not asinine to go here when you want some fast freaking fuel - fuel that isn't the diarrhea-inducing mess that Dunkin Donuts would've been, at least....

No tap water available with purchase

Just ordered a vanilla milkshake and the cup comes with almost 1/4 less. For 9 bucks? I asked the guy who made it was supposed to come like this, he answered yes. Never again!

Food comes off of a well used grill and tastes like it.

Coffee is worse. It tastes burned and bitter. Just stand in line for Dunkin.

Absolutely miserable. Order was totally wrong, service was grumpy and slow. If there was a negative rating this place would deserve it. Staff unhelpful and non apologetic

Great smash burger! The food came out really fast. I recommend getting the kids meal burger because it is basically the same size as the other ones and you save a bunch of money. You still get the same amount of fries and you get a drink.
