Smoothie King

I walked in tonight at approximately 8:49pm and was immediately told they were closed. The woman employee who spoke to me said they already put everything away and were no longer accepting any orders. I accepted that, said thank you, and stepped outside.
Literally a moment later, a White woman customer walked in and was allowed to place an order, and they prepared it for her without issue.
As a Black woman customer, this experience felt discriminatory and unfair. If the shop was truly closed and no longer accepting any orders, I think that policy should have applied to everyone. I'm disappointed that I wasted my time traveling all the way here for nothing and won't be returning.

I had not ever visited this Smoothie King and it was wonderful. Tes, the staff member that provided service was delightful. She gave some suggestions about what to order and they were fabulous. She is an asset to smoothie King.

2 guys were working super nice and friendly even when it was busy! Got a smoothie and toast which came out super quick and was amazing ! Great pricing for both items . Definitely coming again 👌🏾👌🏾

They have good smoothies and a frequent buyer reward program, so you can reduce the price a little. Also, certain days have discounts as well.

At least I have assurance that if doctors say I can’t do chocolate milkshakes anymore I can substitute them

Manager was so rude.
Called to set up catering services and when I asked who I am speaking with she said “The Manager”. I asked for her name and she didn’t want to say.

Bad sign. Why would we ever partner with such a rude person. Not even 3min on the phone with her. This happened 3.28.25

Probably cheating customers by adding sugar to smoothies which is unwarranted. I ordered Activator recovery strawberry and blueberry which was extremely sweet which doesn’t make sense for a normal fruit. They absolutely added sugar to make it sweet. How can you trust these products when the whole purpose is health but they artificially make it sweet. This is pure nonsense! Not paying for this at all!

This branch has deteriorated significantly. It smells like body odor, and nobody speaks English or Spanish, making communication difficult. It used to be much better.
