Soul Thai was amazing! The papaya salad was fresh and zesty, the eggplant stir-fry was rich and flavorful, and the Pad See Ew hit all the right notes. As others have said, staff and ambience are great- portion sizes are huge (especially for Thai food).
If you are looking to eat the best Thai food you have ever had, this is it! My nephew picked up our order, and there are no words to tell you how beyond amazing everything was. The Veggie Spring Rolls were so delicious, as was the Tom Kha Soup, Panang Curry, Pad Z-Eew, Crazy Noodle, and let's not leave out the Sweet Mango Sticky Rice. Each and every one of these dishes were absolute perfection. First time, and definitely not our last!
My new favorite Thai spot! The soul fried rice and pad thai are my go-to vegetarian gluten free dishes. And the decor is suuuper vibey. Highly recommend!
