2 of the staff members SCREAM every order at an uncomfortable volume. They also scream when they are just talking to each other. The guys screams were so loud it was hurting my ears lol. Makes the entire atmosphere an uncomfortable place to be.
My go to Starbucks for my Sunday latte. I know and trust the friendly staff.

Terrible staff.
We asked for water and she said that we need to be paying customers and I had to fill up kids water bottle as was apparent by the bottles o was holding. You have to be a special kind of unkind to deny someone water on such a hot day. Wow.
Is this the training of all Starbucks staff or was it because she didn’t like serving POC? I guess we will never know.

This Starbucks was super busy when I walked in, and I was a little hesitant to order at first. But then I met Jeff — hands down the best barista I’ve ever seen! His customer service was top-notch. He totally changed my experience for the better. You have to come and see Jeff!!!

A nice newly renovated Starbucks the service was good and the facilities are clean with a traditional Starbucks style. I got a turkey provolone sandwich, which is delicious but cost me nine dollars, which is ridiculous, but the convenience made up for the price, mostly.
My regular Starbucks for years. Recently renovated. Very happy with my neighborhood location.

Your friend gave me a cup full of foam and when I told him I didn't really need that much foam, I just wanted to change it, he gave me cold milk. It's not even coffee, it's the first time I tried my regular coffee in this store and it's really bad.
