The small woman with frizzy black hair gave me attitude when I said my drink was too sweet. I watched her put 8 pumps instead of 6 while she was distracted talking to a customer. Terrible customer service and refused to acknowledge her mistake. Another employee remade my drink thankfully

I went there today and I received horrible customer service from a young Ethiopian male, he was staring idle looking into space while I was walking for my drink to be made. I asked him after waiting for 5 to 7 mins already when was my drinks going to be made, he said 10 minutes. I asked him why would it take 10 minutes when he was staring into the wall for three minutes and then he replied I can get a refund. I told him I will be Waiting for my drink to be made by the other employee who rang me up and he told me again for the second time to get a refund. I didn’t ask the manager and he gave me a refund and I got my drink which I appreciate it. That employee is very rude and nasty!!!!

30 min wait unfriendly staff

Managers need to find a different spot for the orders. I work at the mall , and my colleagues and I always have our ordres stolen.
The team takes a lot of time and are not always friendly. Poor customer service.
They never update the availability of products on their app and I always end up paying and waiting for my order while they just don’t have it.
To resume, poor management, team need trainings !

Tewabech, The Ethiopian lady who work there is exceptional. Not only she is very pleasant and professional, she makes the best hot and cold beverages, Expert at Coffee drinks. She is an asset for the company.

I am not sure why you would pay $18 for a cup of coffee and a Danish when you have to wait 45 minutes to an hour. They refuse to tell you how long before your "order is up".

Here to say I had a GREAT experience with Heng. It’s a very busy Starbucks and a very small space to work. He noticed myself and another woman waiting - we didn’t even say anything - and sprung into action and was lovely!!! Noticed a lot of customers were the rude ones honestly. Thank you for my coffee Heng!

Big pieces of ice in my frapp. it’s not even liquid. The best and only good thing about it was the whip cream. They did make me a new one
