Hardworking staff that makes consistent mistakes. My sausage sandwich lacked the sausage, and they can't prioritize mobile orders of plain coffee in any reliable way. This place needs a system and better management, because it's a license to print money that is giving Starbucks parent brand a very bad name with inaccurate but friendly service.

Second worst customer service of any Starbucks I’ve ever frequented. Now I understand why multiple people I work with have changed to other coffee options. Orders have been wrong 3 times this month, and there’s zero attempt to address this in the part of the staff. They have a very “so what” response when I try to address things. Until yesterday, I was. 4-5 day a week customer. As of today, I’m now a Dunkin customer. It’s better coffee, better service, and cheaper.

Stopped to buy a tea latte. Got it grande size. It was pretty good, few minutes waiting time. Convenient location by Pentagon City area.

Parking: They wouldn’t let me ram into the pentagon so I couldn’t park :(
Sushi was good but service was a bit slow. I hope they provide faster service. Even the run-down Starbucks in Turkey beats this.
