I love the (fairly) new drive-thru Starbucks on Lee Highway. I always order via the app and pick up in the drive-thru. The employees are fabulous - friendly, attentive and helpful. I have rarely had any mistakes on my order, but the few times I have the employee quickly and cheerfully apologized and corrected the order.The most impressive thing about this very busy location is how the inconveniently laid out parking lot is striped in lanes - one for drive-thru customers and one that passes alongside it so customers who need to park can still easily enter and exit one of the two parking areas. It all runs very smoothly provided the cars in line don't block the parking areas, which most people are conscientious about avoiding.

Nice layout, and flow. Lots of great seating inside and outside. Staff was efficient and friendly.
This is Starbucks is pretty average. There's not too much seating, although there are a few tables outside, which is nice on a warm day. They have all the usual foods and coffee. The tables are a bit close together, and it's not very inviting.

You can get coffee anywhere. But what you can't get everywhere is Starbucks coffee. My choice is the Blonde.

I come here with my family because I am not a big S'bucks fan, but they are. That said, I have always been impressed with how quick this place is compared to other S'bucks, how clean it is, and how roomy it is. They just renovated too, with better/more seating. I find it a friendly place, not too many zombified computer users, but a lot of neighbors chatting. Service is friendly too.

I like this starbucks because it is: a) fast - i usually don't wait in line more than a minute or two, b) there's LOTS of seating so i can do my email in peace and quiet, c) they have outdoor seating, d) they have a decently diverse set of food to buy.
