Stopped by here several times, staff are very nice and friendly. I love how they greet customers “Good morning!” that I don’t see much here in NOVA. I gave them 4 stars because the A/C has been out for two weeks now but the issue is not fixed yet.

I usually order a coffee every single day even on weekends. I have to agree with the other comments - the staff aren’t really friendly. DAREYA is the only one that actually says “good morning”. The older lady and the young skinny tall light skin girl with the ombré blonde and brown hair just stares at you. It’s low key weird and off putting. when the tall girl makes my drinks they never taste good. When I asks her to fix it, she isn’t the nicest. I think this was my sign to start making coffee at home.

Parking: There are only 5-6 parking spots. If you're lucky you can get it for free.
The Crystal City Starbucks is a convenient location for a caffeine fix on the go. It can get busy, especially during peak hours, and there's no dedicated parking. However, mobile orders are a lifesaver at this location. You can easily order your drink ahead of time and breeze through pickup. The staff is friendly and efficient, even when they're slammed.
I had to persuade the batista to make a pour over decaf which she.eventually agreed. The seating and space are tight, which led me to sit outside. It's more of a place to order and leave.
