The employees at this location are always friendly and on point. They know your order and what you like. They greet everyone just the same. They treat you, not just as a customer, but as a family member. I even got a coffee lesson today about the different caffeine levels between the roasts, and it was much appreciated. They are fun people and create a warm atmosphere.

RUINED MY WHOLE AFTERNOON ITS Christmas Day 3:00 I just wanted a grande ice coffee before I went to a family event I come in at the time my order said it would be completed at and when I turn the corner I see three girls eating cookies and sitting back laughing this is ridiculous

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in my whole life! The customer before me was unhappy and I didn't know why. I put an order, the cashier was so unprofessional, she rolled her eyes because it took me a few seconds to choose what I wanted to drink. Then she gave me the wrong order and when I told her this is not what I ordered she ignored my request. First time I see this type of behavior in a Starbucks, not even admitting to her mistake or apologizing for it.
