This location consistently takes over 30 minutes to fulfill an order, even a mobile order. I placed an order 20 minutes early today. Came to pick it up and I still had to wait over 10 minutes to receive it. Two drinks no customizations. They also frequently forget items in order. Extremely frustrating.

This location consistently takes at least 25-30 minutes to place an order. I could understand if it happened every now and then, but the 4 times I’ve come here over the last 6 months it’s the same thing. There’s always only 2 employees working at a fairly busy location on a weekend. Not fair to the customers or the employees. Do better and staff up.

Probably the slowest service I have ever had at Starbucks. Two times on a Saturday it’s taken 15 minutes for one iced coffee. Avoid. Workers here are not great.

It would be nice if they could keep more consistent hours. I can’t even count how many times I’ve stopped by and have seen a sign on the door that they are closing early or will be closed with no real explanation. Not sure what’s going on but it’s a bummer.

This Starbucks is very busy! If you’re in a rush it’s not the place to go. But I was pleasantly surprised with the great service from the girl in glasses. She was sweet and made sure I was taken care of despite the rush. Needs more people like her! (And more people in general — it seemed understaffed)

I really hate writing a negative review, but the experience I just had this morning was so bad I'm left wondering if the employee was intoxicated or shouldn't be working in the food service industry. Like many others I have a go to order that I place on the app before arriving to the store. Food was ready by the time I got there so I asked for my nitro cold brew to be made. I know most locations wait until you get to the store to make it fresh which I really like. The employee said they're out which is weird because usually if an item is out of stock you can't order it on the app. He told me that I must have ordered an iced coffee with sweet cream instead. I take a sip as I'm walking out of the store and it's salted caramel iced coffee. I double check and triple check my app to make sure I did indeed order a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. I then tell him that this is salted caramel and show him on my app that I ordered a nitro cold brew. I ask why he's gas lighting me. Mistakes happen I get it, but own up to it and fix the issue. Instead of offering to replace the item - like every other location and restaurant would do - he repeatedly asks me "so you don't want your drink?". At this point I'm so frustrated I just leave without any caffeine. Pretty bad way to start your morning. I don't have the time to contact the management directly, but hopefully they'll see this review.

This location is chronically understaffed and it takes way too long to get drinks.

The other day I ordered 3 drinks at the same time on the mobile app. I received my first 2 drinks relatively timely and then did not receive the 3rd drink for over 30 mins after I got the 1st two - even though all drinks were ordered at the same time. I asked the Barista if they forgot or missed my 3rd drink and he said no, it was coming. After 30 mins of waiting, I asked for (and received) a refund for the 3rd drink because my parking was expiring.

Went to get a coffee on Sunday 6/16 at noon male barista making the drinks started getting an attitude because the drink wasn’t rung in properly his customer service was toxic and rude makes me not want to come back to this location

I began working in the neighborhood this week and have been to this location twice. The first time was ok, the lady at the register misheard my order and gave me the wrong size but that was it. The second time my experience was awful. The place was packed and it looked like there were 4 employees “working”, but in reality only 2 of them appeared to actually be even attempting to make drinks. I will not be coming back here in the future.

After waiting for an hour for my online order, I had to wait 30 min in the store to get refunded! Ridiculous for starbucks!!!

This location was a complete disaster today. I waited over 45minutes for my beverages and never received them. There were only two employees in the store and no one was working on the beverages or food. The employees were stating they would give me a refund and they closing up the store for the rest of the day

Horrible service. Ordered a dark roast which they said would need to be brewed and take 5 min. 17 min later despite asking twice I still don’t have my coffee. No sense of urgency for getting what I paid for
