I recently visited this location at Arlington courthouse and was surprised of how I was treated, I entered the store and attempted to use the restroom to wash my hands before I placed my order for food. The barista was loud and aggressive when I asked to use the restroom stating “ are you going to order anything, you have to place an order before you can use our restrooms” after explaining I wanted to wash my hands she was still not wanting to let me use the restroom. I left the store and used another business to wash up and returned to the Starbucks and placed my order but I asked that the barista who was rude 10min earlier not make my drink ( I did not trust that she would do something to my drink because she was irritated with me) another barista made my drink and I explained that I did not agree with the way I was treated earlier. I left and did make a complaint through a Starbucks complaint line. Someone named “Justin” called me a few days later saying he was the district manager and had spoken to his manager at that location named “Laura” and Justin asked me “did Laura call you to apologize “ I told him no and Justin
went on saying how sorry he was and he told Laura that they are not in the business to be policing the restrooms and that the barista was wrong on and on
for around 20 minutes.
I actually returned to this same location 4 weeks later and the manager Laura who I had never met was working the register, I politely asked for water when she started ranting that water and restrooms were only for paying customers making a scene and telling me it was posted on the door, I did not see anything posted and I asked Laura could she please show me she pointed at some vague statement about policy or something , I told her that I had had a problem here 4 weeks ago and spoken to the district manager Justin , Laura still refused any water or restroom use. I decided to reach back out to
The district manager Justin because in our last conversation he told me the store was wrong and they should not be aggressive or policing the restrooms
So this time when Justin called me it was SO OBVIOUS he had me on speaker and was trying impress someone , he was also aggressive and rude denying that he had ever told me
barista was wrong and Laura should have called and apologized, it was so obvious Justin was putting on a act for someone, telling me if I came back In that location of Starbucks I would be asked to leave and he has witness that I was rude to Laura (ALL LIES )
Starbucks needs to fire both Laura and Justin and retrain the staff on customer service , I don’t blame the
staff as there are only doing what Laura is training them to do and Justin is enabling all of it, as far as being rude to customers.
**This location is Aggressive, rude and very confrontational and just looking for conflict and a customer to argue with

I had a similar bad experience as other reviewers with using the bathroom before ordering. No need to be rude/aggressive about it.
The staff at this Starbucks location are so personable and nice!
This location has a great spread of seating options which is great when you have to catch up on some emails or study.

This location consistently takes over 30 minutes to fulfill an order, even a mobile order. I placed an order 20 minutes early today. Came to pick it up and I still had to wait over 10 minutes to receive it. Two drinks no customizations. They also frequently forget items in order. Extremely frustrating.

I’ve visited here multiple times within their operating hours only for them to be closed early.
This location consistently takes at least 25-30 minutes to place an order. I could understand if it happened every now and then, but the 4 times I’ve come here over the last 6 months it’s the same thing. There’s always only 2 employees working at a fairly busy location on a weekend. Not fair to the customers or the employees. Do better and staff up.
Probably the slowest service I have ever had at Starbucks. Two times on a Saturday it’s taken 15 minutes for one iced coffee. Avoid. Workers here are not great.

It would be nice if they could keep more consistent hours. I can’t even count how many times I’ve stopped by and have seen a sign on the door that they are closing early or will be closed with no real explanation. Not sure what’s going on but it’s a bummer.
