This Starbucks use to be really good the past two times I have gotten coffee here something has been off like they are using the wrong blend or something. Everyone is nice just having to take back the coffee is really upsetting.

It's a Starbucks. Theres a million of them. You know what you're getting. I am leaving a review though because the last 3-4 times I've gone to this location I get my normal order of an iced black coffee, and after a couple sips I feel ill. Im not sure if its extra caffeine or its not fresh but theres something different from this sbux over the other locations. Only leaving a review to see if its happened to others. Nice staff overall.

Today I got Starbucks with my girlfriend and we waited 25+ minutes for a GBL and an iced cold brew. This Starbucks was packed with people waiting for drinks, but the wait wasn’t because demand was high, it was because the baristas were standing around and talking, and pushing out drinks at a slow pace. I understand wanting to talk to your coworkers, but the morning rush isn’t the time, especially when you’re talking to your coworkers about how there is a 20+ minute delay on drinks! Normally in a Starbucks you can almost always hear the sound of espresso machines, steam wands, or drinks being shaken, but this Starbucks was dead silent. I won’t be returning.

The new staff is a disaster. I’ve never seen such incompetent people at any other Starbucks. Constantly getting orders wrong if they don’t forget to make it. Half look drugged out on something.
This place sucks. If you want your order promptly don't bother.

This Starbucks is great!This location doesn't get over the top reviews on service, but I do want to explain why. I was was in there right when the morning rush wanted it's coffee. The guy at the cash register was really nice, but when it came time to wait for my frappachino there was obviously a new guy making drinks. He didn't know how to make my drink so he grabbed the manual that has the instructions on how to make it. It took like 7-10 minutes. I would not have minded any other time, but I had to get to a monument on time. I honestly feel really bad for him.

I’m shocked no one has spoken up about the gentleman with the dreads that “works” here. He is the laziest and slowest worker here and it’s obvious his coworkers don’t like him. I’ve walked out on him several times while he takes my order because he has no sense of time.
