I usually go to this Starbucks since it’s close to everything. Zeben is great! My order is always made to perfection. Do plan on ordering 10 mins or so before as they do get pretty busy.

I always come here and I feel so welcomed when Zebin is working and knows my order before I place it. This is how local coffee shops should be! My two shots espresso with my cappuccino is made consistent perfect every single time and I really appreciate having someone like him. Counters are always clean and neat, I chose those this location over the others always!

I’ve read the reviews before visiting the store and decided to give it a try myself.
I was very please to see how fast they got not one but three rush crowds out in a matter of time while I set and observed. It takes a lot to keep it going I ordered something and it wasn’t what I thought it was . Kavonnie explain to me and assisted me with what it was I actually wanted. Not I only did I watch how good Kavonnie is with the customers an how fast she gets the orders done . I will be back and was encouraged to down load the app so let’s see if I will remain a Starbucks fan.

Parking: Plenty of parking

Kid-friendliness: I saw so many kids come in and make a purchase and ask for the cake pops. The kids know the menu better than me lol something with whip cream

The team working in the evenings does a great job and they do a lot of cleaning every time I come, they are constantly cleaning everywhere, this is a good thing, thank you. 😊🩷

I think the drinks here are definitely hit or miss depending on the barista. The staff is always super nice, but this location is definitely one of the slowest in the entire area. Even when it’s not peak hours, just typically takes a long time to receive one drink.

This is one of the best Starbucks that I have been to, all the baristas especially Maria and Demarcus are amazing, they pay attention to little things that are often missed! It’s a treat every single time I am there.

Moesha and Mileidy really do put customers first!

I walked in right before close and asked for a decaf pourover. The machine for decaf was being cleaned for the night.

They offered Americano but it's honestly not the same.

They were honestly so sweet. When I expressed a generalized frustration, Moesha went to the back and found the pour over machine. They have customers in here and it's so close to close and she is taking her time and they are both being very sweet and I really feel like this is one of the times a business with their customer first. ?

Switching to decaf... I have hated to go into Starbucks and order it because it always is made to feel like a big deal. I come from Seattle and I have love Starbucks for 30 years easily... And sometimes customer service is great and sometimes it's not. This is one of the stores where they picked two really great people to work with others! ?

If I was a secret shopper I would give them 10 out of 10 stars.

This location is awesome and I'm just grateful for two people who are such a a great representation of your business. I think that's a mark of a great employee... To have somebody represent your business well and to have somebody go above and beyond for the customer sending in front of them.

I hope they are recognized for this! Because coffee withdrawal is real and they saved my day. ???

I ordered the Carmel ribbon crunch. It tasted like cold watered-down milk with absolutely no hint of coffee or flavor. I threw it away bc I was so frustrated that my cheat drink cheated me.

Sydney was an absolute pro! Despite running solo she got everyone's orders in line out in time and correct and handled a delivery order for the store while doing so. All with a cheerful attitude and positive energy. I've been working customer service for 8 years and am no where near her level. Thanks Syd! Definitely recommending this Starbucks to my friends.

Review for experience using app to order. I always order egg bites and venti pikes +1 shot espresso, oat milk, 1 pump of sweetener and I use the app to reorder favorites so its consistent, but recently the app removed my preferenced when reordering and ive been getting black coffee somehow even though i'd never ordered that before. Now I dont have time to take another break from work and I cant drink this.

This is probably the slowest Starbucks in the world. They always have multiple people working and no matter the time of day. Your drink will take over ten mins. They never seem to care if you’re are waiting for a long time. If you’re in a hurry don’t go here.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks consistently since I moved to the area and I highly recommend you use the app to order ahead and not order in store. I ordered in store, waited 20 minutes and when asked how much longer I was told I was three tickets away. I had an event that I needed to head out to and was already late for it because of how long I was waiting so I told her to just not make the drink. She showed no remorse and didn’t even respond to me when I told her to not make the drink. I understand that you’re busy but you should at least be apologetic or immediately offer a refund. My drink was about $8, I tipped the server $2 when I checked out and I donated a bag of coffee for their teachers and walked out with no coffee. I really really hate complaining but this has happened to me on multiple occasions.
