The two individuals working there today were incompetent. Couldn’t not differentiate cold from hot for coffee temperatures. In addition, the cashier helped another customs while leting my coffee sit there and get cold. Unbelievable

I went to this location about two weeks ago and had not had a chance to write a review but I have time now ! Alicia was very rude , not friendly an attitude from hell! Here is the issue …..I was trying to get her attention as she was making my drink to let her know I didn’t want whipped cream at the bottom of my cup and she seemed to have ignored me so as I said ma’am excuse me again to grab her attention she yelled and said “I heard you “ ! A normal person that would hear someone would typically respond with an “okay” or “sure no problem” so I was unaware that she even heard me ! When I asked her name she non chaplaincy and rudely gave it to me and I told her I’ll be in touch and leave a review about this experience . I have not been back to a Starbucks since then. If someone from corporate could reach out to me that would be great

Quick service, friendly staff, and a great environment with plenty of seating. This Arlington Ridge location is a gem. The baristas are efficient and cheerful, and I love that I can always find a place to sit down and relax. I’ve never had any issues with my orders here.
Easy parking right outside the store. A reliable and pleasant experience every time.

The staff here is truly the best. I’ve been a consistent Starbucks patron for over a decade, mostly in the DMV area and I can attest this location goes above and beyond. They are personable, consistent, attentive, and professional- even when they’re slammed. I think they all deserve bonuses and raises at the next opportunity!

Great service, food, and coffee. Definitely recommend ordering on the mobile app prior to pickup. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming. Located right next to Giant, Caring Hands Animal Hospital, and several other food places. Tons of free parking.

I have been going to Starbucks since they have been opened and then when they introduced the gold card I have been a member since 2008. At this location I received the most harassment from all of their staff when I spend $30 every day at one point. I’m never going to Starbucks again and never buying it at any stores which I buy it at stores everyday. Did you ever notice the horrific creature that’s there logo; she or it looks handicap and weird. I’m not drinking the monster creature again to turn to a beast like there employees.

I wanted to share what a wonderful experience I had at your Starbucks location today while working remotely.
The staff members I interacted with were fantastic. They were very knowledgeable about the menu and current promotions, and they consistently checked in to ensure I had everything I needed. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my visit.
I especially want to shout out kavonnie for the insights shared about the Starbucks promotions and making sure I was in a comfortable position to work– that was really helpful! It's clear that you have a great team. I definitely plan on making this location my regular spot of mine to visit.
The cashier the guy with the glasses didn’t even want to sell me a cup of water I come in there every day going to stop spending money here & his customer service sucks rude & dry
