The black man with the dreads made the best matcha latte I’ve had from Starbucks

Had coffee here everyday during the stay at the hotel, they make great coffees, and people work there are extremely nice! The reason I say that because today after I checked out the hotel, I sat at the corner reading on my iPad for hours while waiting for my husband to go get our rental car. I did not know this Starbucks closes at 1pm on Saturdays, and people worked there were so nice they never came to bother me even I was the one there to bring inconvenience to them to close their shop on time. Thanks again, you are all so very sweet and nice!👏🏻👏🏻

It's honestly despicable, and extremely FRUSTRATING at how painfully SLOW this store is. 15 min wait times?? All I wanted was a muffin! One person ahead of me, no one behind me. And I'm waiting 10-15 mins to finally order. People have been walking out because it's so slow. It's been like this for years. This is completely unacceptable and needs to change. Who in the world is charge of this location? Leadership is being poorly reflected on you - shame. Go to the other nearby Starbucks instead, this location is a waste of your time.

Bad weekend hours. Closes at 1300.

Way understaffed location which results in long wait times and workers are stressed and rude. I blame management for not wanting to hire enough workers to properly make this location work. All in the name of profits.

Unfriendly staff. Slow. No names on food items so customers are left to negotiate among themselves for who takes food items as they slowly get distributed. Staff does not call out names for drinks (but at least they have the names stuck to the drinks, unlike the food.)

Go to the other Starbucks a few blocks away.

Always very friendly, great order accuracy, and they have order ahead now!

Standard Starbucks with the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Wait times are routinely 10+ minutes. Great place for coffee if you’re a tourist and have all the time in the world.

Beautiful location. Nice seats inside and out. Understaffed but otherwise a good experience here. The coffee was as expected… great!

The Starbucks is our breakfast place since we stayed in the crown plaza hotel. The sandwiches are decent and latte are great. Today we grabbed summer drinks as well and they are delicious! The sitting is comfortable and clean.

The cashier was extremely rude towards us (South Asians) and was noticeably politer towards other customers. Absolutely disgusting behavior and brought down our spirits early in the morning. The woman showed annoyance towards us and crushed our spirits early in the morning dampening our DC visit.

PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE speed up service! Lines and wait for simple orders take entirely too long. Movement is too slow prepping and getting pastry orders. PLEASE fix this.

The staff is so rude. I asked to customize a drink and the cashier shook her head. Then the guy continued to make 3 drinks behind me before mine. When the guy made my drink wrong, he told me he wouldn’t fix it and it was my fault until he read the cup and it said he was wrong. I also asked for iced water and he told me no. Horrible customer service.
