Had coffee here everyday during the stay at the hotel, they make great coffees, and people work there are extremely nice! The reason I say that because today after I checked out the hotel, I sat at the corner reading on my iPad for hours while waiting for my husband to go get our rental car. I did not know this Starbucks closes at 1pm on Saturdays, and people worked there were so nice they never came to bother me even I was the one there to bring inconvenience to them to close...
The Starbucks is our breakfast place since we stayed in the crown plaza hotel. The sandwiches are decent and latte are great. Today we grabbed summer drinks as well and they are delicious! The sitting is comfortable and clean.
We stayed here on a long road trip, with a stop in DC for a Nationals game. We were relatively close (about 3 blocks) to the Crystal City Metro, and a bit surprised as to how empty the streets were upon returning home from a night Nationals game. I would not have felt safe walking alone in the evening. The hotel itself was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
