I’ve visited this Starbucks multiple times at different hours to give it a fair chance, but unfortunately, the customer service consistently falls short. Staff rarely acknowledge customers upon arrival, often engaging in conversations or walking around while I wait at the counter. When someone finally approaches to take my order, the interaction feels indifferent—almost as if they’re doing me a favor. Based on these repeated experiences, I won’t be returning.

Well I ordered the caramel ribbon frappuccino?.... All I can say is it tastes watered down. I only had caramel on the bottom and on top of the whipped cream on the top really wasn't sweet at all...... I don't think I'll be coming back to this location. They have too many young people working behind the counter and I don't think they put enough effort in making the drinks properly

Went in to order old school (not mobile). Only two staff on, both tending to mobile orders. Nobody came to the old school cash register for 5mins so I left. Profit over customer service it'd appear for Starbucks, regardless of what the new-ish CEO says.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. Despite placing my order, I noticed that about 20 customers who came in after me received their orders before I did. This situation left me feeling as though I may have been racially profiled, which is deeply concerning. The level of customer service I received was unacceptable and does not reflect well on the Starbucks brand. I strongly encourage management to review how the staff is handling orders and treating customers, as this kind of experience is not good for business and should be addressed immediately.

Wonderful Starbucks in a beautiful and convenient area. All employees were polite and complete orders quickly. They are very helpful with recommendations as well. Only reason for my 4 stars and not 5 is some of the employees do smell quite bad. One named Serafina handed me my drink and she smelled like she had been sprayed by a skunk and tossed in cow manure. The rest of the starbucks is very clean and other than that minor woe, amazing Starbucks to grab a coffee on the go or relax and complete work.

If you have to clean regular drip coffee machines in the middle of the day, you should stop accepting mobile orders. People order coffee in the afternoon that’s a regular thing.

Decent Starbucks location. The lady running the register was absolutely overloaded with tasks she could only partially pay attention while we were ordering which made it a little annoying. Otherwise our order was ready quickly and accurately.

Every time I come to this Starbucks something is disappointing compared to other Starbucks. The last two times I’ve gone my order was completely wrong. I’m breastfeeding and can’t have caffeine and my drink was clearly caffeinated last time but said decaf. I was jittery all day and couldn’t sleep that night and had to dump all my breast milk. Then today I ordered it with oatmilk and decaf but realized after I’d gotten back to my apartment that the barista rung up neither of those and it tasted funny (now I know why) so down the drain it went…$7 worth.

I think I know the problem they’re having…and I want to preface this with, I am bilingual and I understand that learning a second language is VERY challenging…but maybe don’t have the person who isn’t fluent in English running the register. Bc both times my order was wrong it was someone who didn’t speak English well and I had to repeat my order more than twice.

Another time I went, a young girl was so rude to me and my husband that I laughed bc I thought for sure she was being sarcastic…no…she just kept going with the rudeness and charged us for something that I didn’t order and when I asked her if she charged me for more than the four items (bc it came out to $27 for two tall drinks a muffins and a sandwich) she said no…but the next time I went and ordered the same thing it was $21… šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

The incompetence here is on another level.

In fact, I think I’m just gonna stick to good company donuts around the corner bc their coffee is legit and they never get my order wrong.

Adrianna is the rudest person ever make me not wanna come back she told me they only have 2% milk and refused to give me my oak milk and I need oak milk due to my diet
