I waited over 30 minutes for 1 single drink that I mobile ordered and ended up having to leave without it because I was going to miss my flight. Horrible customer service. I asked about my drink more than once after the app said it was ready and still didn’t get it.

Just got a coffee and some merchandise at the Starbucks in Terminal A at Reagan Airport DCA. I just wanted to compliment the crew working there this morning. The lines were long and they really worked it. Processing food and drink very quickly. Many times in the morning I don't bother waiting because of time.... Great Job... My receipt said Terminal D but we were near A38.

AVOID THIS STARBUCKS

Waited 20 mins and they didn't get my coffee correct. I sipped it, looked at the label, and told the barista that it was not correct.

She had the nerve to ask me: "Did you buy that here?" I was stunned..

I told her that was the stupidest question I've ever heard and walked away and tossed the $6 latte in the trash. Not only was it the wrong thing, but mine and my wife's had no trace of coffee.

I needed up buying a coffee at "The Cafe at DCA". Stick to them or DD.

Starbucks is on the decline, no wonder their CEO got fired last week.

This place, and Starbucks in general SUCK!

Avoid the Starbucks in Terminal 2, Gate D ! This has been the worst service I have seen at any Starbucks! The staff were being very rude towards each other and they were not making any effort to get drinks done quickly. I asked twice when our drinks would be finished as our plane was boarding and they just continued as before. When I eventually received our drink it was cold and horrible just as expected. Shocking !

The female at the register was very rude!!!! I dont know if she was upset because I asked what was in a drink, or because i did not know it was cash only. I ordered my drink, paid with my card..she assisted, and then she pointed at the receipt for me to pick up. I clearly saw her hand the couple before me and the person behind me their receipt. Then she made my drink, placed it on the counter, and looked at me, pointed at it and walked away. I then requested a refund and told the gentlemen that she was rude. I clearly heard her call the next person name and gave them their drink. I do not drink coffee or visit Starbucks often at all, and just wanted a blended fruit drink before I boarded my flight.

Ordered a coffee and two sandwiches. Took 20 mins to make the coffee and they never made the sandwiches - asking a receipt for proof that I ordered them. Almost missed my flight. Terrible attitude.

Terribly unorganized. The employees don't seem to care at all about getting drinks out correctly or in a timely manner. Couldn't believe how bad they behaved either - two of the employees clearly had an issue with one another which contributed to the chaos.

Slowest Starbucks operation in history. With 7 people working, they are probably 80% less productive than your average Starbucks: About 3 of them are talking doing nothing, they do not take mobile orders and mix up orders about half the time.

This line was because the employee running the register was too busy texting on her phone to help customers woman in background with orange hair). On behalf of the whole line, I'd like to apologize for interrupting her conversation. I know it's the airport but the service has really gotten bad. Apparently Starbucks doesn't care about service as long as you don't have a choice. In contrast, The woman making drinks was very polite. Overall, it's making me unlikely to choose Starbucks anywhere not just this location.
