Terrible service. They stop making lattes and coffee at 6pm but they close at 7pm. This is the 2nd time. Very lazy and shitty service. Go anywhere else but this Starbucks.

Please don’t go here. I have the worst experiences coming here. The employees are so rude and have the worst attitudes. And today was the icing on the cake. I went in at 6:15pm to get a coffee. They say on their hours schedule that they close at 7pm. Literally as soon I stepped up, the young lady said we are closed already. How? There were 45 mins left until closing. Definitely management needs to step up and check on this location. Horrible service and it sucks because it’s the closest near me.

Wow! This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. I walk up and Ernest is sitting down resting his head on his fist. Barely looks at me. Speaks under his breath so you cant hear him. Doesnt acknolwedge you verbally or physically when spoken to. I order and he is still sitting down resting his head. He finally gets up at a turtle speed and takes order. He meets every single item wrong. He then remakes things and gets them wrong. He is visibly pissed off in front of customers. I watched 10 people walk out before even ordering. Someone needs to step in on this one. Absolute failure of an employee. If he was having a bad day then he has them every day because my other experiences were similar but someone else was there (probably his boss) so he held back. This was bad. I mean a REALLY bad look for Starbucks. I'll never go there again so long as that child is working there. It's very possible that he is mentally challenged. Either that or there were hidden cameras and I was on a TV show.

This was the worst Starbucks experience. To begin with, the boy working was zoned out, not welcoming at all. He took care of a lady that was behind me in line, she did not order online as I didn’t either. The coffee tasted horrible, I was not able to drink it. I didn’t bother going back because it was going to be a waste of time talking to him. I want my money back!!!

Everything here is broken. Barista wasn’t even there — someone had to grab her. When she finally got there she acted like we were an inconvenience. She said everything was broken and refused to do anything.

The barista doesn't have a service mind. Don't say even hello and thank you. Not smiling, like not being willing to serve even though there are no customers in the shop. When we went there, there were no customers and she lets us wait she still cleaning the sink and not clean her hand before take an order

This is the third time I have had an awful experience with the barista at the Starbucks inside Harris Teeter. She was the only one working at 5pm on Wednesday August 28th. She does not wear a name badge. She is flat out rude. Does not say “Hi” or anything. You will greet her and she does not even look at you. I got a cold brew with cold foam and it was awful. The cold foam was just cream and looked curdled, maybe it wasn’t blended? She never makes the drinks properly and has the worst attitude. What a poor reflection on Starbucks. I understand bad days but being flat out rude is appalling.

Last time was excellent! This time, she was not friendly and my matcha ice latte was the worst latte I ever ordered. Almost only ice, no flavor of matcha. This place is NOT drive through.

The first time I ordered from here, the drink was disappointing and came out bland/watered down compared to how it normally was.Came back again next week, and the barista working there was very rude. She gave unnecessary attitude and was very unhelpful/slow, so we ended up not ordering at all. (She was working the Thursday afternoon shift for those who want to avoid her)Will not come back again!

April 4th 2024, 3:30 pm.It's a one Star for me. I figure someone isn't having a good day. The service is rude and they do not have items listed on the menu.I came in for an afternoon pick me up and all I got was attitude.I live locally and this is the closest coffee shop near me. Unfortunately, I won't be visiting again. Approaching the counter, I get a attitude filled "you order of there", mind you no one's in line and there's only the one employee. So I say okay and walk the 4 steps in the right direction. I look at the menu to make sure they have what I wanted to order. The employee walks over to the register as if I inconvenienced her. And I order a cold nitro brew coffee with cream. To which I get more attitude laced tone "we only have regular". Now it took about 3 seconds while I considered if I even bothered to try an order something else. To which I decided better. So I said thanks and left.

Attitude of barista was disgusting immediately had a attitude said nothing back to me everytime I talked didn’t acknowledge me had her back turned saying mhm they didn’t have Apple Pay or Starbucks app working thank goodness I had my card awful
