I’ve been going to this Starbucks since August when I moved to this area. I haven’t had any issues, but their cold brew machine has been broken for about 3 weeks now and I feel like Starbucks should be able to fix the problem much quicker than this. Half their drinks on the menu are cold brew drinks. I continue to go in the morning though because Takeisha is so kind and helpful!!
Both employees seem to hate their job, leaning one the counter, checking their phones. Seating area was dirty and lacked air conditioning. The location is a chaotic suburban car-centric mess. City planners should resign.
I have been patronizing this Starbucks, on and off, for 3 years and only recently has the customer service improved. Takisha and Venetta are excellent baristas. They remember my order and my name every time and are consistently professional. Prior to their arrival the service was horrendous. I'll keep coming back as long as I continue receiving the excellent service they provide.
