Friendly staff and convenient location. Thai Starbucks is situated inside of Macy’s. The staff seems to follow the COVID regulations. Their buying options for cups are limited, but the rest of the cafe looks similar.
A simple turn-and-burn coffee shop in a truly wonderful shopping complex. They know they won't be building repeat relationships (beyond the employees of mall stores), so they hope you'll just order, pay, and leave. Minimal eye contact, no Thanks, no nothing. Lack of coordination amongst batistas was obvious. I was only a tourist visitor overpaying for quality and service.
