10/10 experience. From the moment you walk in, everyone is so friendly and kind. I accidentally ordered my drink to the wrong Starbucks and they kindly offered to make me my order with no charge. What a human moment. I felt so bad - but they were very gracious. Great customer service.
The pet friendly outside seating area makes this Starbucks above average. They had a bowl of water for dogs and some leashes on the fence for convenience. The outside patio furniture is comfy and has style. These factors make this Starbucks shine.

But the biggest downfall this place has is that every time I come here there is always one person working and the wait times is always long which can be very annoying. I recommend they hire more staff.
