In Sunday morning 7:30am I ordered 2 coffee traveler. It was waiting time 18 minutes. But after 30 minutes I still waiting my order for pick up and wasted time.
Just visited at 4:20pm on Tuesday, June 24th. My family of 6 is visiting DC. The attendant had a terrible attitude and was very passive aggressive.
No appreciation for the customer, and unwilling to take constructive feedback.

Waited 30 min just for them to lose my order and only give me a $4 gift card after I spent $12. Terrible service

The employees are constantly chatting with each other, and all pickups are prepared at least 10 minutes later than the scheduled time. I try to avoid this Starbucks as much as possible.
Ordered a macchiato with 3 shots of espresso. I watched the woman make a double espresso, and pour half of it down the drain, so ended up with maybe one shot of espresso and a big glass of milk. Not worth paying for, and will not be returning to this location. There is a cafe next door that makes great coffee.
Quite small Bucks. Wifi was not operating at my visit. Staff was very friendly.
Ordered crispy grilled cheese sandwich, Turkey, provilone & pesto sandwich, frozen strawberry lemonade acai. Place was dirty, then other Starbucks I've been to. The seating placement was weird, and there weren't a lot of seats for customers.
Very crowded at times

Great coffee and excellent service. I came here to meet my friend Kim and we sat to have Cappuccino. It was a nice experience.

My first time at this Starbucks location. My first impression when I walked in was the Baristas are focused on their work. I noticed right away the teamwork consistently in play behind the counter.
The Barista who took my order was soft-spoken and attentive. Before I was done paying for my coffee another Barista had completed my order. Very nice when in a hurry. I stayed in the shop for 30 minutes and noticed the level of professionalism and team-focus each Barista demonstrated.
Unfortunately, this location is 1 hour from my home area, otherwise, I would make this one of my preferred stops when going to Starbucks. Highly recommend this location.
This morning staff of Baristas were: Ebony, Melena, Anthony, Rich, and Sage.
Big Shoutout to this group of professionals making it happen for Starbucks !!!!

Its a Starbucks
This starbucks is conveniently located next to the Virginia square metro station. The service here is very slow though. Store associates have no sense of urgency. I've placed several mobile orders in the morning before heading to the station. And it's 50/50 whether or not my order is ready at the time the app says it will. And even when it is ready, I can see my breakfast sandwich sitting next to the oven rather than at the pick up counter. And I've had to tell baristas that that's my order so they can fetch it for me.The whole point of a mobile order is the speed of grab & go. This location doesn't seem to understand that.

Long lines, wait times and they've gotten my drink order wrong more than once. It's also a bit grungy and cold. Nearby compass coffee and slipstream are significantly better.
