This starbucks is conveniently located next to the Virginia square metro station. The service here is very slow though. Store associates have no sense of urgency. I've placed several mobile orders in the morning before heading to the station. And it's 50/50 whether or not my order is ready at the time the app says it will. And even when it is ready, I can see my breakfast sandwich sitting next to the oven rather than at the pick up counter. And I've had to tell baristas that that's my order so they can fetch it for me.The whole point of a mobile order is the speed of grab & go. This location doesn't seem to understand that.

Long lines, wait times and they've gotten my drink order wrong more than once. It's also a bit grungy and cold. Nearby compass coffee and slipstream are significantly better.

It's a Starbucks... With that said my drink was way too sweet and the atmosphere wasn't welcoming.

I don't like to give a review, but I was late to work due to the lackadaisical service this morning, despite ordering online way in advance. There were probably 20 other customers just standing around waiting for at least someone's name to be called so the queue can get moving, but it took forever and there were like 7 baristas. I always give the benefit of the doubt but the slowness felt deliberate. They were nice but slow, and it felt almost passive aggressive. Only one barista actually looked up to read the room, assess the crowd forming, then adjust speed accordingly but she seemed swamped. The other baristas seemed completely oblivious and not once looked up. Probably because they know they were being very slow and didn't care. At that point, there should be one barista handing out gift cards. I and several other people were late to work. Some people ended up accepting less than what they ordered because they were late. I feel like a clown already paying $7 for coffee, but it's the convenience factor I'm paying for, yet it is more trouble than it's worth. To avoid this, I order online way ahead of time so I can grab and go, but several times now I keep having to wait.Maybe Starbucks should ban large orders and frappuccinos before 10am. Big L for Starbs.

Yea, avoid this starbucks if possible. The reviews are correct. They just have argumentative rude customer service. The place was not busy, I waited 20 minutes for a green tea lemonade. I went up to the counter and said, good morning, I'm curious on when the green tea is going to be ready. And the mask wearing Karan was like. You'll get it when your name is called. Like, I have already been waiting 20 minutes for a drink that takes 5 minutes the most to make. I'll get that Karan name and post here so you know to avoid. It wasn't like I was being disrespect I simply wanted to know the time frame snice it has been 20 minutes for a 5 minute drink. If I could, this place gets zero stars and I'll be going to a different place for coffee.

The best Starbucks around, in my opinion. The staff here Re just amazing and always make my visits a positive experience. We used to live across the street and often go back because it's easy to park nearby and the staff are so good.

The team here is lovely, and it's a good quick pick up spot but for the last month it has really stunk to high Heaven- like a burned rubber or chemical smell. It started one day about a month ago and never went away. I've flagged it for the team multiple times and they seem equally as frustrated, so I'm posting a review in hopes the franchise owner sees. I won't be back for a month or so to give them a chance to figure it out.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer and Uber eats driver as well, I never had a problem with any of the locations or the employees, but there’s an employee at this location who thinks she’s entitled to work there. I try to avoid pick ups from this location because of her, she always leave me waiting while I can see my orders ready but she makes me feel I’m invisible, I hope she changes her attitude towards delivery drivers.

I was happy to see a Starbucks after I got off the metro. The ordering process was efficient, and I got my coffee quickly. There is not much seating, though, and there are also signs that say that seating would not be available at all during peak times.The outside seating area was a little messy and not upkept.

No longer the neighborhood friendly Starbucks - stopped by to pick up my mobile order, and was blatantly ignored by barista. Until I finally peered across and said “that’s my order, can I grab it” - to which he said “well we prefer you just let me know and I can give it to you”….ummm what? You ignored me and when I went to get it, I was notifying you. Compass on Wilson has my business now.
