I was traveling for work, and before my trip I stopped at this location to get my drink. Tya, the employee who made my coffee, added too much brown sugar. I politely let her know that I wanted only one pump, which was clearly shown on my order. Instead of correcting it professionally, she responded very rudely.

She threw the coffee into the trash to remake it, but intentionally left the lid open, which caused the coffee to spill and ruin my clothes. I was extremely upset, and this unprofessional behavior ruined my entire day.

Customer service should always be a priority. Employees who do not know how to treat customers with basic respect should not be allowed to work in customer-facing roles.

Terrible service. People moving incredibly slowly with no regard that customers have flights to catch. Rude and lazy staff. Do not go here - you'll lose your money and won't get anything for it.

My rating is primarily for speed. Starbucks is the same everywhere you go and this spot isn’t any different when it comes to their menu items. But the staff here work at lightning speed and so efficiently too. They communicate, everyone clearly has their zones or roles. Makes ordering and pickup easy and fast.

Order 2 coffees left a tip, got 1 coffee and was basically told to kick rocks. The customer service even for an air port was horrible. The person with the worst aditude was left to hand out orders and deal with customers. Chick-fil-A was a breath of fresh air in terms of customer service.

Five stars thanks to expectation management and the mobile app.

There’s currently only one Starbucks in the entire airport, so it’s always going to be packed. It’s also airport prices—$8.50 for a latte. I would expect a minimum of 5-10 minutes for preparation. I will say there was an extensive line and people waiting on mobile drinks when I walked up, but based on the information above I already expected that.

Around 9am on a Wednesday, I had extra time before my flight so I ordered a PSL on the app. It said 6-8 minutes for preparation, so by the time I walked from terminal C they called my name as I showed up. My drink was correct and tasted great.

There were at least 6 baristas working in the front. They’re working hard and doing their best with the demand.

Waited 28 minutes for a matcha latte that I ordered in advance via the mobile app. The order I placed via the app at 7:33 said the app said my drink would be ready at 7:46... when I got my drink it a was 8:12 and I literally had to run to make my 8:30 flight. (Standing in a crowd of people for almost 30 minutes on a drink I ordered in advance was kind of crazy). Anyway, I run to my flight as the gate agent is calling my name, get to my seat, take a sip of my drink I order 3-4 times a month, and almost spit my drink out. It was horrible! I tried another sip and ended up asking the flight attendant to trash my $8.50 30 minute drink 💔. It won’t happen ever again
