Waited 28 minutes for a matcha latte that I ordered in advance via the mobile app. The order I placed via the app at 7:33 said the app said my drink would be ready at 7:46... when I got my drink it a was 8:12 and I literally had to run to make my 8:30 flight. (Standing in a crowd of people for almost 30 minutes on a drink I ordered in advance was kind of crazy). Anyway, I run to my flight as the gate agent is calling my name, get to my seat, take a sip of my drink I order 3-4 times a month, and almost spit my drink out. It was horrible! I tried another sip and ended up asking the flight attendant to trash my $8.50 30 minute drink 💔. It won’t happen ever again

Ordered a pumpkin creme through mobile order, and the staff asked me what the ingredients were and if I meant to get a Pumpkin Spice Latte instead. They gave me that instead and ignored the coconut milk option I selected when I can’t have regular milk.

This review is strictly for the Starbucks at the corner for terminal D. Yesterday, August 31 I had the worst experience with a bunch of teenagers that worked at that location around 7 PM. And if they are not teenagers, they sure as hell acted like such. They criticized my order, laughed amongst themselves about my drink, “because I like to make up my own drinks”, which if they are made correctly, they’re delicious” anyways; they made jokes about the order and then ended up making the order incorrectly. There was a heavyset one that pretended to care about customer service who saw the frustration on my face, she sat there and said in a joking manner to the other team members “hey guys, let’s be courteous to our customers we want to ensure the best possible customer service there is” And then proceeded to laugh after saying that “announcement” which was very rude,If you don’t like YOUR job of choice, make a career out of yourself and do something better. The only courteous individual was the female who took my order who is to the far left in the picture.

Got my order completely wrong. Asked for white chocolate mocha, got regular mocha. Asked for cinnamon dolce sprinkles, got nothing. Every other starbucks I have ever been to has had zero trouble with this order, and don't even get me started on the price. I get that it's an airport and it's going to be expensive, but usually my drink costs 6.66, and today it was 9.17. That's kind of crazy, if you are planning to order here, be wary.

This was hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff was rude, unprofessional, and acted like they were annoyed to be there. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where the vibe felt more like a chaotic Wendy’s drive-thru than the welcoming spot we usually look forward to.

We make it a tradition to stop at Starbucks during our flights; buying drinks for ourselves and gift cards to thank flight attendants. But this location at the DC airport completely ruined that moment. I’ll be skipping this one next time without question.

Wow is all that describes this place bunch of angry staff especially when they are busy they have some attitudes just watching how they treating everyone. Very rude. I understand being busy and I expect it to take a minute so why they angry with the world who knows. Maybe they should have their morning coffee. To top it off my cup was barely over half full.
