My go-to is a Strawberry Acaí refresher and many times locations will mistakenly put lemonade instead of water but this location always makes it correctly.
The store itself is clean and has plenty of seating.
This location is conveniently located off of I-66 and has plenty of parking in the plaza parking.

Stopped by this Starbucks trying to decide between the Iced Lavender Cream Oatmilk Matcha and the Iced Cherry Chai. The staff were super friendly and helpful while I was figuring it out, and service was quick.
I ended up going with the matcha, and it was a great choice—smooth, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Definitely a good pick for a warm day. Solid experience overall!

It used to be one of the most welcoming Starbucks locations, but not anymore! A few of the employees are rude, and one of them treated me as if I hadn’t paid for my drink. I have been coming to this location for more than three years, and today was the worst treatment I have ever received. We come to Starbucks for the ambiance, not for a rude and unwelcoming attitude.

If you call an order and you notice the customer had not heard it, perhaps call it again or say “hey” It was relatively empty and not busy. Just good customer service and attentiveness. 👌🙌 question; if a client is hard of hearing how long would you let them sit there before saying something?

The place is ok, but the outside seating area is disgusting, I have been coming here with my friends weèkly for a year and the tables and chairs have never been cleaned. I have never seen such a filthy sitting area of a restaurant in dozens countries I visited and lived in during my life. I only go for my friends, but cannot belive it, this is a kind of service a huge chain provides to their customers in the U.S. Please send someone to clean the tables on regular basis!

Wow, this place has such an awesome atmosphere! I love their ice coffee, it's the perfect pick-me-up. The staff does a great job and there's nothing wrong with their service. It's truly a blessing to have such a wonderful place to enjoy.

Staff are good but I find this location consistently to have a weird odor, music too loud, and temp to be off. I suspect the odor is due to something with the building plumbing they lease from.

I visited this location on Monday 5/6 around 12:30. I wanted to give a shootout to the manager on duty and staff at this location when a customer was being disrespectful. They were extremely professional and tolerated the woman’s terrible attitude. As the woman got on her bike to leave she called the woman a “(female dog)” and that her family “should burn in hell”. It’s possible that the woman was upset because this location had to close early for whatever reason, but she showed that she doesn’t care for other human beings. To those working there today, thank you for what you do and I’m sorry you had to deal with that on potentially a stressful day.

This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to! The employees are very welcoming and the place overall is one of the cleanest I've ever been to. I wanted to shout out Melanie as she was really nice and patient! I will definitely will be coming back!

My order was totally botched, and it was not the fault of the delivery man. when I called the store, they said that there was nothing they could do for me except send me to Uber eats even though it was there a mistake with the order. this used to be a great store. It has totally gone downhill.

Today I walk-in, the black female with long fake hair, is extremely rude. She do not make you feel welcoming at all. You say HI, she do not say “Hi Good Morning”. I ask for water, I say that you so much, she stays silent and say absolutely nothing back to you. Wow horrible customer service and no energy of excitement.
