On a brisk Virginia day, I had to spend a couple hours in a warm spot. I found the most perfect, quiet and friendly Starbuck's at the Westin Arlington Gateway. I was greeted and served by Nassim - the total customer service and barista package! Nassim was energetic, helpful and poured an amazing espresso. Starbuck's and Marriott need to cherish these locations AND the people who make them special. I am a Marriott and Starbuck's member, and love to see these partnerships thrive. Thanks for the great coffee and great service!

Very rude service at a slow store. I've worked for Starbucks before and I was not greeted for over 7 minutes with no one in line ahead of me. I clearly ordered and was asked to repeat myself 3 different times. There are 7 different spots to get better coffee around me.
They ignore people for a long time, and got several people's orders wrong while I was in the store.

This is one of the most efficient Starbucks location I've ever been to. The mobile order and the lobby orders are well prepared. They always get hit with tour bus kids but the ladies in the morning are always on point. Its always clean and great for meetings.

Mistakenly, I couldn't find a name on the drink so when I politely inquired with the barista, I was rudely brushed off as she walked away. This causes me to avoid this location in the future if possible. Food and drinks as expected.
