Ordered two cups coffee misto to drink in-house and I went to ask for a refill the older woman that was working told me I had to pay for a new cup of coffee because a coffee misto is not included in the refill category with a really rude demeanor. She gave me a regular blk coffee instead with cold half & half in a small cup on the side. I then asked if she would please warm up the half & half and she rolled her eyes. I showed her the Starbucks policy that said mistos were included in the refills and she replied “ WE’RE NOT CORPORATE, WE’RE JUST LICENSED” 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️ BTW: I WAS HERE FOR COFFEE YESTERDAY AND THE EXPERIENCE WITH THE YOUNG MAN WAS TOTAL OPPOSITE, HE DIDNT HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE MISTO RIFILL. LACK OF CONSISTENCY IS A PROBLEM IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT. I WILL NOT BE BACK, I WILL INSTEAD VISIT THE HOTEL’S COFFEE SHOP…

I ordered ahead with mobile order and the staff made my drink very quickly; my normal starbucks is a bit slower, so I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my drink was ready. However, after I left, I noticed there was a long, black curly hair coming out of my lid and into my drink. I did not have time this morning to have the drink remade, so I left a bit disappointed and grossed out.

He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and empathetic — truly someone who cares about customers. On a brisk Virginia day, I had to spend a couple hours in a warm spot. I found the most perfect, quiet and friendly Starbuck's at the Westin Arlington Gateway. I was greeted and served by Nassim - the total customer service and barista package! Nassim was energetic, helpful and poured an amazing espresso. Starbuck's and Marriott need to cherish these locations AND the people who make them special. I am a Marriott and Starbuck's member, and love to see these partnerships thrive. Thanks for the great coffee and great service!
