I asked for a refund and they told me that I couldn’t because I had to first say in the beginning that I wanted lemonade in my drink. BUT I did tell them I wanted it with lemonade. And she was very rude about the situation.

I ordered double hot Americano, and the rude works in the evening poor cold water. I drove all the way to Roslyn and ended drinking hot americano with cold water. That place I would let go back there especially in the evening they just hate their job

I get coffee from here every week and always have a great experience. Moe is AMAZING!!! On multiple occasions he’s been by the door with my drink when I walk up to grab my order (I always order on the app), he knows everyone’s name, and is so friendly. Truly, I continue to come to this Starbucks because of his outstanding customer service.

Staff is really nice, but I've been ordering all week and EVERY TIME order is wrong. Different staff members each time. I order the same thing every day, but somehow it's always wrong? I kept coming back because it's the only place on my way, but totally not worth it.
The bathrooms were incredibly disgusting. I could see people's shit on toilet seat and sink omg it was extremely dirty. The trash can was overflowing with toilet papers that people wiped their poop 💩 and it was all so visible overflowing . Whatever I eat or drink, I wanted to vomit 🤢 after seeing the bathrooms.
