The place is convenient for location, but most of the staff are terrible, they need management that knows how to run a busy spot. They don’t use names on cups, they process most online orders before in store orders so online orders are getting cold while walk in are taking forever! Hasn’t changed in over a year….lots same faces so.

So this is my neighbor starbucks (1 minute from my apartment) and I always find myself driving an extra 10 mins just to go to another location. I’m sorry but until this location gets a new staff I won’t be ordering from here anymore!!!! Never had a good coffee here yuck.

Decent Starbucks but Google mistakenly lists this place as having free parking (it doesn't, you have to park in a pay by the hour garage) and a drive thru window (it does not!).
Very little to no free parking in the area. I stayed in the garage for 2 hours and it cost me $5. No validation.

I specifically downloaded the app this morning because I was running late for my meeting and wanted to place an order for a breakfast egg bites to pick up on my way. Upon arrival, I’m told that somebody else took my order because they don’t have a system to give people their orders. They just line up the orders on the counter and anybody can grab whatever they want. So I patiently waited for them then make me another one, however I was told they don’t have them anymore so they cannot make the order. I asked for a refund and I was told they can only refund me to the app and not to my credit card. I told them I don’t have a need for the app anymore, the only reason I downloaded it was just to pick up this one order this morning. The two young ladies in the front quickly got attitude that this the way it is and they don’t have any other way to refund my money back to the credit card I ordered with. Upon asking for the manager manager, indeed could refund the money back to the credit card. I would never go back to this Starbucks because they’re not just a waste of time they’re not courteous, don’t have a good process in place to process peoples orders and the people working there lack simple customer service skills behind the counter.

Amazing place been coming here for one year before this review, and everything is spot on and consistent. I love the baristas, they're always friendly. The coffee is good. The place is bright, big and open and gives a light vibe. Overall, I found it to be what I want in a coffee shop.

Saturday afternoon the weather is bad cold and rainy because this I need dark hot coffee and I came this Starbucks, I asked what I needed, immediately she said that we don’t have it this time ! And I said , all the time I came here by this time to grab dark coffee no one said we finished, why ? She didn’t answer it ! When I am looking for the boss I didn’t find anyone . I am so sad !
