When i walked in I stood to the side for a few minutes, on one said anything to me. When she did speak she had a bad attitude and on top of that she didnt know what she was doing. She messed up my sandwich but I didnt want them to make another one because of her attitude and the smell in the building. I will never go back to that subway

Came here to get 2 subs and they where made wrong came back to the location to get the sandwich re made or something and the lady in the front has a bad attitude, and poor customer service, it’s so hard to get in contact with someone at subway, I didn’t want a refund just wanted the sandwich made over it.

Never coming here again after my experience the last time. An employee rudely waved a napkin right in my face when I was about to pay and yelled your nose! I had a cold sore on my face which I obviously can’t wipe away….. Unbelievably rude.

Worst Place ever ! I placed a mobile order and the pick up was scheduled at 8:30 PM, I went there exactly on time only to found out that the restaurant was closed and the folks are sitting in their car and heading out. I am constantly trying to file more and more complains to there franchise managers but avoid this place please !!

The people working here are the rudest and slowest people. If you’re rude at least be efficient. They completely ignore delivery drivers and get mad when people ask what’s the eta. Delivery drivers are working people too. We’re also on a time constraint.

Ice Machine always broken and out of syrup. I just went for 4th time over 5 weeks and never had working coke with correct syrup and never had ice. This is not a high traffic location. There’s no reason that it should be constantly out. Also usually out of sun chips and just really have a huge turnover with staff. Within the last six months, I’ve probably seen 10 different people in there maybe 12 and some of them you see once or twice and then you never see them again.

I have gave this place two chances but I really shouldn’t have ever come back. I came in today to what smelled like mothballs and lunch meat. I stood in line only to be looked over and the worker asks the customer behind me if he was picking up. Then he proceeds to stand at the register for 4 mins as if a paper was going to print out. He didn’t acknowledge me at all. By far the worst subway I have been too. Health inspectors probably should make a walk through this place.

If I was able to put a NEGATIVE STAR, I would. They need to close this location. Staff is rude, the ice machine is ALWAYS "Out of Service". Placed a mobile order for this location and drove there just to he told that they STOPPED selling the item I ordered. I asked the worker how customers were supposed to know that! Who can I talk to for the menu to be updated. She just shrugged her shoulders and said, "We stopped serving that item over 1 year ago." Worst customer service EVER!!
Sub was okay, but cookies were old and super stale. Waste of money 😰

I came to leave a bad review and then saw it's 2 stars already lol. Pretty self explanatory. This subway sucks. I ordered the #4 dude couldn't even make it without reading the sign and it took him 10 minutes to make a 6 inch sub and then proceeded to rush me at check out and glare at me when I did not tip. Maybe I'm being a Karen but yeah this place sucks. Asked for double toasted and the sub is soggy too. His name was some variation of Samuel
