If I was able to put a NEGATIVE STAR, I would. They need to close this location. Staff is rude, the ice machine is ALWAYS "Out of Service". Placed a mobile order for this location and drove there just to he told that they STOPPED selling the item I ordered. I asked the worker how customers were supposed to know that! Who can I talk to for the menu to be updated. She just shrugged her shoulders and said, "We stopped serving that item over 1 year ago." Worst customer service EVER!!

Visited there last Sunday. Really impressed with the service.The Nepali guy was really friendly.His professionalism made my day and I left with a smile on my face.Will definitely be coming back.
I came to leave a bad review and then saw it's 2 stars already lol. Pretty self explanatory. This subway sucks. I ordered the #4 dude couldn't even make it without reading the sign and it took him 10 minutes to make a 6 inch sub and then proceeded to rush me at check out and glare at me when I did not tip. Maybe I'm being a Karen but yeah this place sucks. Asked for double toasted and the sub is soggy too. His name was some variation of Samuel

i did not look at previous reviews before eating here. DO NOT BE LIKE ME. i hate to give a bad review as i never am one to leave reviews anywhere, but this place really deserved my two cents. let me walk you through my interesting experience, started off by asking for italian herb and cheese because i saw it behind the employee and was told there isnât any⊠just plain Italian which i was fine with until my friend ordered directly after me and they miraculously found the italian herb and cheese that was there the whole time. the employee who i can only assume was the manager judging by how he was ordering around the only other employee, made me feel like an inconvenience to him because i was ordering a sandwich at subwayâa literal sandwich shop. when i asked for more pickles he put TWO more, i felt like SpongeBob in that one episode iykyk. after asking for the receipt he gave me the wrong one assumingely purposely considering he didnât charge me for the correct items whatsoever and also charged me double cheese on everything which was not received or even asked for. after all of this i was not in the mood to try and correct any of these issues because it didnât seem like a solution was going to happen. i went to my car to try to enjoy my sandwich and to my surprise the bacon and chicken were both ice cold. i went back inside and very politely asked him to just simply reheat it so i could at minimum eat the food i just paid for. he put it back in the toaster for maximum 2 seconds. rolled it back up and slammed it into my hands. -100/10 experience, idk whoâs in charge of Subways anymore but someone please come get this mans. it is making your brand look god-awful, thank you for listening.

I am standing in line to order, debating whether to leave. There is one employee here over lunch hour. I have been in line nearly 30 minutes. Additionally, there is a broken sound system playing and the sound is headache inducing. The only reason I haven't left yet is thanks to other customers getting out of line I am next up. This is really terrible - I will never come back to this location. I can't speak to the food - not sure I'll ever get it.

Very rude experience with person making my sandwich

I went inside with four people in front of me, and I stood in line for almost 30 minutes. The manager is walking around like he could care less and only one person is making sandwiches. I watched five people walk out of the store because it was taking so long to place an order. You seriously need to hire more people. This is the worst service Iâve ever gotten at a subway.

I asked for a footlong Italian Herbs & Cheese bread and I didnât hear what the worker said and was giving me a 6â and I told her that I said full long and she was very rude when she responded. I think they should hire experienced staff who know how to treat customers.
First time and the last time that I buy there. The women who work there don't know how to treat customers. One of the employees was very rude to a pregnant woman.

I mobile ordered a footlong for pickup at price of $11 and they gave me a 6â for the same price! Literally messed up my order every time! Missing cheese etc. Worst subway ever!
