Trust me Ive been eating subway since I was 9 and this is by far the worst idea of a subway Ive ever experienced. Every time I order with the older with the guy who works there he is stingy with everything and my sandwich ends up looking flat and smashed down. Always a wait (even when its empty) and constant miscommunication. Eventually you just gotta give up I had to stop going.

So disappointed!!! I ordered the ALL AMERICAN CLUB. Let me just say 🤮
The order was missing bacon, the tomato was squishy, the mayo was in excess. Just all around bad sub! It was freezing rain Friday so I didn’t go back to subway but I also didn’t eat the sub.

I showed the lady my receipt on my app that I purchased a sub. This lady asked to see my driver license to get a sub.This is not subway policy. I’m a black male with dreads. I’ve eaten at this place over 10 times and I’ve never seen them ask a white customer for a Driver License to get sub.

I eat at subway A LOT and this is by FAR the worst location I have ever been to and I have been here a few times. The sandwiches are comically skimpy. Like literally a meme. Just look at the picture I posted. It is just bread sprinkled with a few bits of veggies and I didn’t even know there was meat in there. I ordered extra cucumbers and somehow literally ended up with 1 tony sliver of one. I had to go back up to the counter to ask for more veggies and it was still skimpy compared to other subways. And they want $8 for that. This place is disgraceful and I’m sorry to have wasted a meal here.

The only good thing about this place.. are the chips… very disappointed on this subways.I paid $17 for a foot long steak and cheese to go..when I started eating it.. the meat was still cold and raw… so disgusting!Also I was there previously.. and they charged me twice for a meal.. manager said he was going to refund me.. and I never received it…Horrible customer service..

Went in this evening and ordered the Turkey cali club. I asked for it to come with all the toppings in the description. At check out, the clerk quoted me one price but the price on the card scanner was $5 higher than he said. I didn't say anything and left. After looking at the receipt, he had added the $5 tip for himself without saying anything to me about it. After opening my sub, I realized they did not put the avocado on the sub which is an additional cost. VERY upset with the experience I had tonight.

This was the last time im buying subway they i ve bought online extra meat but the sandwich they gave me has not even enough meat for the regular sandwich i think they did that cause i bought it with the deal if they can not afford deal im not pushing them when i asked how can this be extra meat they were looking my eyes just go with their lies they could have say its a mistake and it would be over im never buying subway again

They almost never get my order right when I order online, they wouldn't take coupons we received in mail (we live 1 block away) and just said "the store doesn't take them" instead of explaining why, like "oh this doesn't apply to this sandwich".It doesn't matter the shift or time of day, this is the worst subway I've been to and I always try to remind myself but it's the closest nearby. If you have a choice, don't go here.
