Late night craving. Maria couldn't refund me after I scanned my coupon that went through with the sound when it scanned. Told me she had to call the manager which obviously wouldn't have picked up. Proceeded to make 4 other orders while I was standing there and after 40 minutes waiting in the end couldn't resolve anything. Paid an extra $10-$12 with tip. If you don't know English at least train your employees to know how to simply refund an order and start a new transaction. Won't be returning here ever if she's working.
Horrible service, I placed my order in the app at 12:25 for pickup and when I arrive the lady said my order wasn’t not ready, it was 1:05

Why would you have only one person working at a very busy location. Just been told that my order has 20mins wait after driving 10 mins to this location. BE MINDFUL OF EMPLOYEES. It’s not fair to have that one lady working working alone

What kind of place is this? Two employees, but only one is working while the other just stands around doing nothing. I tried to place an order, and the first thing the guy said was, “You have to wait until 1 o’clock.” Seriously? Making up rules based on his mood. I wanted to pay with card, and he said, “I only take cash,” with a rude attitude. On top of that, he acts arrogant and looks down on you, even laughing with his friend like they’re mocking you. I didn’t feel like a customer — more like an inconvenience to them. No service, no respect. I’ve never seen such unprofessional, lazy, and disrespectful behavior in any business. Places like this should be shut down or seriously investigated. Shame on them!

Awful service. The sandwich did not include all the ingredients it's supposed to have (even though they had them), and when I pointed out what was missing, they refused to add them. They also refused to cancel my order or refund me, even though I didn't take the sandwich. So order at your own risk, because they will take advantage of you.

Was unable to purchase anything as I was ignore the entire time standing in front of the service help. I finally asked someone could they help me and they pointed to the woman who never looked up to even take my order. I eventually had to just walk out.

I’ve been coming to this Subway for over 10 years, but ever since the new management took over, the quality has gone downhill. The place is always understaffed, the lobby is now used as storage, and it feels like every corner is being cut to save money. It’s sad to see a once-great spot being run into the ground.

Worst service I went on March 28 2025 at around 7 :30 am and there's a lady (looked Hispanic) i said good morning and she couldn't even say anything back straight up ignored me and kept doing online orders worse experience I ever had at a dub way I really hope she's fired does not look like she wanna work had to walk out baddddd

It's a good spot to order pick up and go! Yes I can see the portions are a little less than other franchises. But it was fresh today at 12:00p.m. got the Beast. You pay for drink they have the cold ones in the back due to theft. Give them a smile to break the ice. Order well and they will never mess it up. The manager will help to pick up Slack to keep production up. I endorse this subway for lunch Monday thru Thursday.

OMG I am never coming back she was so disrespectful and she talking in her own language to other people on her EarPods and we were talking to her and she kept ignoring us and we waited for 35 minutes other people were coming and going this is the worst subway I ever been to.

DO NOT EAT HERE! There are several more Subway’s in close proximity that you could go to. I’ve filed a complaint with the health department. I really hope they close this store until changes are made. The food is spoiled, visible bugs on the floor, and the Hispanic women working there is rude and lacks customer service.
