Stopped by for a sub today and staff was clearly not into their job. lack of caring, very lethargic action with no sense of purpose, no smiles, didn't listen to my order and I had to continually repeat what I was saying to them and they still got the order wrong. They just didn't want to be there, overall just an awful experience for a brand that is already in decline.

Used to be okay. But rude and confused staff refused to add ingredients to a numbered sandwich - literally said nothing but lettuce and tomato comes with sweet onion teriyaki. They deserve better on this Army post.

Probably the rudest and most impatient people I've personally encountered. No other customers but me on a slow Sunday but still truly unpleasant.The older lady was exceptionally rude.

Good food at a good price with great service. I see a lot of negative reviews for this place, but my experience here was really good. Deshapriya (picture below) listened very carefully to what I wanted and made sure my sandwich had everything I wanted in the amounts I wanted.

I asked for mustard. The lady put on mustard and mayonnaise. I spent 3 minutes trying to tell her that I didn't want mayonnaise, but she kept trying to add more mayonnaise. I ended up taking the messed up sandwich because I got tired of trying to get her to understand what \\\"No mayonnaise\\\" meant.

Every time I come here, somehow we have to wait way longer than 10 mins to order. And staff is not friendly or kind, and slightly rude. Very disappointed. So I walked away. This place will not be on my list to grab something quick.

This Subway is inside the PX, Bldg 450 & they have really good hours. They're open Mon - Fri 0730-2000 and Saturdays 1100-1900 Sundays 1100-1700. You cam get breakfast sandwiches with egg whites there as well as all the other normal sandwiches they have. There's also a Starbucks right next to it. Besides Panda, Subway is the only other chain restaurant on Ft. Myer.
