I don’t expect much given the location. However, I do expect what I would consider “common sense” to be used. I placed an online order. When I arrived there was one customer in line, both employees were making subs at the time (no problem, I waited at the register). The woman BLATANTLY ignored me standing at the register (right under the “Express Pick-Up sign might I add) and proceeded to ring up that customer(in which I even had to step out the way). She did not acknowledge me until after. Interesting being as though my order was already paid for. Needless to say nothing about my order pickup was “Express”. Same customer was busy actually DRINKING the sodas at the fountain, pouring it out and drinking another(not “tasting”), which I had to wait for as well.

I come here with my autistic son, because its his favorite place since we live close by, so he comes here very often, and out of excitement, the manager told us to not come back again, he doesn't need my son business because he makes noise, bear in mind he is autistic and he just gets excited to be in that store,really sad but we have to find another location for him, I have no idea how he expects someone with autism to behave! or he just got taken away with his ego.

I came over here in my drive,home from work to pick-up some r dinner. I already had an idea about what I wanted which is one of the most healthiest options on theirmenu. I asked for the footlong Ultimate BMT. This comes with a lot of toppings already like pepperonis, salami, ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes. I also asked for a few additional toppings, like those red bell peppers and mustard. For my boyfriend, he texted,me to tell me he wanted the footlong Philly Garlic Steak subl. It comes with two types of cheddar cheese, peppers, and roasted garlic. He also asked for the red bell peppers and chipotle sauce. Our sandwiches were prepared perfectly,l. While,driving home I tried mine which tastes great so far.
