Go here all the time. I pay for double meat or deluxe and never has my sandwich looked the like surrounding areas.They never give me what I pay for.

Inside the food court in the Pentagon City Mall is a full-service Subway. Compared to other vendors, there's usually a line. It moves relatively fast. My seven-year-old daughter loves the meatball sub with white cheese.

Terrible service.
I'm from the UK and visiting and she assumed I knew the menu.
I ordered a fiery meatball and didn't put and Pepperoni because she assumed that because I was of Indian decent that I shouldn't eat pork.
Who is she to dictate what I eat when I'm the customer.
She then continued to serve me with a judgemental attitude and was not polite in the service.

This Subway does not accept Subway coupons we can get two sandwiches for $12.99 she did not want to accept my coupon so I did not get nothing there I don't know if it was a color thing or she thinks she was losing money the coupon was good until next month so if y'all don't mind can y'all please take your Subway coupons up there to see if she do the same thing I could have been Petty and told her yes I would like a sandwich anyway and at the very end told her I don't want it but I'm not that type of person

Terrible Subway. They do not participate in online discount codes even though the app says it does. When you show up to pick up your order they tell you that they cancelled it. Absolutely ridiculous

Menu prices are $1.30 (before tax) lower than what you are charged at the register for some items. This is a known issue. The manager acknowledged the discrepancy then deflected blame and refused any sort of refund in a follow-up email.Whether it’s greed or laziness, it’s scummy and potentially even predatory (lots of younger patrons who probably aren’t paying attention). Updating register prices before changing your virtual menu is like putting your shoes on before your socks.But maybe they can afford the holes in their socks with my extra $1.30.Edit: Menu prices appear to be updated as of 7/28/23.
