Good service. We arrived in person but only could use coupons with online order, so we sat down and ordered. Wasn’t busy on Saturday 6/23 about 5 pm. Loved that this place had good hours and next to the Hilton Garden Inn a block away.

They skim on portion sizes if you order online and everything is very unhygienic. Please use the other location at fairfax drive instead of this one.

Standard same across the board. I get the veggie max sandwich. Only complaint is that there is certainly cross contamination between the meats and the veggies and no dedicated knife for vegetarian options.

Never order for delivery from this store, your order may arrive incomplete, and I seriously doubt it's a mistake. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and received only one footlong and one 6"... I'm fairly certain it was on purpose because I used a coupon to order two sandwiches (just read the other reviews), highly unethical store.
