I purchased a sandwich and asked could my condiment be put on the side. I was told that it was an additional charge, which is absurd!!! I went to eat my sandwich and bite into hard stale bread. I am almost positive that I was give day old bread.

I've always had a good experience at this Subway, especially compared to the one on Lee Hwy near Cowboy Cafe (don't get me started on that one). This one, they always get the orders and billing right, and they are fast, even when there's a line. Plus they have the pizza!

Good service. We arrived in person but only could use coupons with online order, so we sat down and ordered. Wasn’t busy on Saturday 6/23 about 5 pm. Loved that this place had good hours and next to the Hilton Garden Inn a block away.

Standard same across the board. I get the veggie max sandwich. Only complaint is that there is certainly cross contamination between the meats and the veggies and no dedicated knife for vegetarian options.
