They skim on portion sizes if you order online and everything is very unhygienic. Please use the other location at fairfax drive instead of this one.

Standard same across the board. I get the veggie max sandwich. Only complaint is that there is certainly cross contamination between the meats and the veggies and no dedicated knife for vegetarian options.

I had placed a pickup order I had ordered two #30 the Beast subs and a 12 pack of raspberry cheesecake cookies when I came in to get my order I noticed writing on my receipt I've been talked to the manager that was present and she had told me that they had no more raspberry cheesecake cookies she proceeded to tell me that she gave me 12 chocolate chip instead I let her know that the only cookies I can eat from there was the raspberry cheesecake because the other cookies I am severely allergic to she then told me that she did not feel like making anymore and that I could take the cookies that she put in the bag I reminded her again that I'm severely allergic and cannot eat those or even touch them I told her if I needed to I would wait for raspberry cheesecake cookies she told me no and that either I could take the cookies that she gave me or I don't have to take them at all then she becomes very disrespectful and says well you use the coupon so it shouldn't be that big of a deal I proceed to tell her that the coupon for my subs have nothing to do with the cookies I paid full price for the cookies then she says well how about I just give you a drink instead or I can give you two bags of Chip instead I continue to tell her that I did not want those I want what I paid for I asked her for a refund she proceeds to tell me no that I cannot have a refund that when people order on the app she does not give out refunds only when you're in store she would not give me an explanation to why and refuse to give me a refund after me asking numerous times and it baffles me that a manager would insult me because I used a coupon and then I decided that I was just going to try to get in contact with corporate or call the next thing to see if I can get a refund and when I got home with my food I find out that my orders weren't even made correctly. I don't recommend zero stars

Never order for delivery from this store, your order may arrive incomplete, and I seriously doubt it's a mistake. I ordered 2 footlong sandwiches and received only one footlong and one 6"... I'm fairly certain it was on purpose because I used a coupon to order two sandwiches (just read the other reviews), highly unethical store.

Came in for early lunch @ 10 a.m. Was only 1 employee & 1 customer in line. The lady working there was very very slow. Took 15 minutes to get my food. Will never eat here again due to the slow service.

Well it must be my lucky day, along with my free footlong, I got a knife! Funny thing is the sandwich wasn't totally cut in half either. Maybe they wanted me to do their job also? Hey Subway WTH!!?? Might want to take inventory and find out your missing one blade. Let's see, fair is fair, Free subway for 12 months, 1 sandwich per visit ?? I'm not a greedy person, but I could've injured myself.

DO NOT go here under any circumstances!!!!!!!!! Bugs all in my sandwich and all they wanted to do was make me a new one? When i asked if they were going to inspect the food containers to determine where the ~dead~ bugs came from, they said NO because it could've came from the "air". So unhelpful and I had ate this sandwich....
