Manager always tries to squeeze in larger drinks, and charge you more, even if you confront her multiple times about it. "My mistake" is the general answer. It's rude and grimy. Ask for your tickets and double check. The other employees in general are great and helpful.

I've only been to this location over lunch, but even with food trucks everywhere it's still bustling. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can order ahead with Doordash and Ritual - my order is always ready when I arrive.

It is very rushed and fasted paced here. It makes it feel intimidating. It was not that they were busy at the time of going, but didn't like the feeling. I was not allow as my colleague felt the same way.

Horrible service from the manager or store owner. (Black lady with short hair) she was on a personal phone call on her Bluetooth headset while trying to take orders and make a sandwich. She kept forgetting things that were asked to be put on the sandwich and looking at the customers like she was annoyed that she had to keep going back down the line to add toppings that were already told to her. Very rude and unprofessional behavior from someone in management. The Asian lady that's here everyday is awesome and deserves a raise. I will NOT be coming back to this establishment!
