The manager that works there she had short hair and black lady.. super rude. She is rude to her associates and talks about other customers while ringing up people. I almost hate going there because of her.
I've only been to this location over lunch, but even with food trucks everywhere it's still bustling. Staff are friendly and helpful. You can order ahead with Doordash and Ritual - my order is always ready when I arrive.
It is very rushed and fasted paced here. It makes it feel intimidating. It was not that they were busy at the time of going, but didn't like the feeling. I was not allow as my colleague felt the same way.
