I paid for 8 wings but only received 6 wings and 2 pieces that I have no idea what it was. It did not look like chicken. The wings tasted like the seasoned oil it was cooked in. I presented the pieces to the manager and she said she’s not going to do anything about it because that’s how it came in the bag. I reminded her that I paid for 8 wings but never received all 8, she walked away as I was speaking. Food was poor, and service was worse.

I ordered a carne asada but it doesn't really taste like meat, you tell me it's beef tenderloin... but it's not beef tenderloin, you know the taste of meat.
Sorry old man, the meat is overheated... how sad it is to eat something that tastes bad and is not economical at all. Now what do I do? They didn't give me a solution nor did they care about changing or returning my money.
And besides everything, I'm pregnant and I'm hungry, but how do you eat something that tastes bad to an old man?

The only issue I ever have with this place is they are always out of dark meat. It happens way too often, telling me that maybe they need to order more dark meat so they don't run out of cooked dark meat. Just a thought...

Got the whole chicken family deal #2, includes 4 sides. Chicken was good and portions were great! My go-to pollo spot when I don’t want to cook. No wait in line, I called ahead to pick up.

Had a taste for peruvian chicken one random afternoon and this was top rated on doordash so I gave it a shot. The chicken was juicy, wasnt to salty like some peruvian chicken spots ive been too, and the creamed spinach and white rice combo is going to be my new go to. Also i need to find out what the little yellow sauce is called because it was delicious!

The product is very good but the service is terrible. This is the second time that the same man has treated me very poorly. Bored, I asked him for two quarters, one with sides and the other without, and he spoke to himself, telling himself loudly, that's why it was better for you to buy half a chicken with sides, and I told him, excuse me? Could you advise me on that? Do you work here? And his answer was. I'm not a fortune teller. I also work in gastronomy service. You never respond like that to a client, they are paid for it and they are there to advise the client. It makes me very sad because I love Peruvian cuisine but I won't go again and I don't recommend it. I want to clarify that I am Bolivian and perhaps I felt a little discrimination. I don't know if they treat North Americans as capable as they do if they are put on a pedestal.

Came with my partner for a quick bite. The order process was difficult as the menu is on the complete other side of the counter from where you order. The person taking our order assumed we wanted food that we did not want. My partner said “pollo saltado” and he held up a 1/4 chicken, put it on our plate, and hastily moved us along. No communication thru the order process so we got charged $55 for two people and three whole meals, when we wanted two meals. Staff tried to argue that yes this is what we ordered and tried to refuse a refund once we had realized what happened. They then kept loudly talking about us as we sat and finally had a chance to eat. (I speak Spanish well enough to understand) After the rude service for what was just “ok” food, we will not be back.
