Superette is worth going out of your way to visit for the short rib sandwich, which is ridiculously good. Tender meat, soft bread, fatty avocado, a bit of arugula greens so you don't feel too terrible about yourself, and a bit of garlic aioli to round it out. Delicious waffle fries on the side. The service is always friendly and quick. A true gem of the neighborhood.

My favorite steak and cheese in the area! And don’t sleep on their chipotle aioli it is fire. Everyone is always very polite and it’s easy to order and get my food. The steak is tender and juicy, cheese is great and the sub roll is soft, couldn’t ask for more!

Thought I’d try this place again after last review before Christmas. They gave me the wrong order, second time this has happened. Will not come here again. My colleague also said they have messed her order up on many occasions and no longer comes here.
come here regularly for lunch, service was not good today. I could see my food on the counter and the server finished taking a transaction with someone which was fine. She then looked at my food walked towards it and then turned and walked back to the till to serve a line of 5+ customers that just walked up. I asked her if that was my food and if I could have before she served a lengthy line. She pretty much gave me a dirty look. You should be making it a priority to serve the waiting customer their food warm. Not give attitude when they ask for the food they paid for. My burger was also very undercooked and the fries have been tasting strange recently. Another $17 wasted in 2 days. I don’t think I will be returning.

First time trying this spot and was very disappointed. Ordered the chicken cheese philly and it was very dry and unsatisfactory. Would not recommend. Feels like a waste of calories.
