This place used to be so good. Today I stopped by asked for steak and cheese and coming with hamburger nothing one except the onions I pay 14.00 big mistake. . The bread is suck wet with oil. Huge mistake.

We recently had date night at Ballston Quarter Market and sampled through several establishments. This one was our favorite. The short rib sandwich is deeeelicious and packed with flavor! The ancho-braised & pulled short rib was so tender and juicy. It paired really well with the bitter arugula and creamy avocado. I also really liked the bread, which sandwiched all the fillings together perfectly and without any of the filling spilling out. I got the waffle fries as a side and they were crispy and perfect potato-to-fry ratio. We also tried the sangrias - red for him and white for me. This was a blend of wine, brandy, passion fruit, lemon, simple syrup and aromatic bitters. Very refreshing and delicious as well. Will definitely be back!

Steak Sandwich is highly recommended! Fairly well priced for the size but certainly can use some more meat! Cute little spot in the mall, top 5 place to visit if you are ever down there!

Delicious food! I had the chicken Philly and my son got one of the burgers. He said it was the best he ever had. I enjoyed my sandwich as well but I wish I could have had more of the sauce. Their fries were really tasty too. I also had a salad that I really enjoyed. Definitely would go back and eat there again.

My experience here is always pleasant. The cashier named Brooke always has a huge smile on her face and clearly loves her job. I will definitely keep coming back for drinks and food.
Great customer service! We tried a few different sandwiches and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The burger and the BLT-ish were our favorites. The service was excellent! We had an issue placing our order online through the Inkind app, but the woman that helped us handled it quickly, asked questions to see how they could better handle Inkind orders for other customers in the future and was friendly and attentive. I meant to ask her name but forgot. She was working the evening of 3/9 at the register. That kind of service is extremely rare these days so it was refreshing and appreciated.

So I got this SUPER NICE note from Arris, one of the partners at Superette. So, while we still are doing a remake on the Ruben- the way they handled the interaction, is completely worth a +1 in my book. It means they CARE about the food, service and ambiance here. And who wouldn't want them to succeed! (I sure do!)

This place probably would have been better for me if we ate it immediately after it was handed over. We got our order to-go and ate it at home. So knowing all of this, the bread was a bit soggy which is an ick of mine, but it's not their fault. I got the short rib sandwich which was really good. It just felt like it was missing some sort of acid to balance it out. Regardless, I'd come here again if I was in the mood for a sandwich and in the area.

The food was freakin delicious (bbq sandwich/burger/reuben with waffle fries DONE RIGHT. The prices were very reasonable, and the service was way better than you're used to :)
