Supreme Hot Pot

This restaurant was great and the broth was super flavorful. I got the spicy broth and the flavor was delicious enough to eat on its own. The ordering online was a cool concept. Good value for what you pay. I liked the buffet of veggies and seafood, but my only complaint is that I wish the items were labeled and that each had a utensil.

This place really felt like a home away from home 🥹 The signature broth was SO good — rich, authentic, and very Asian. Absolutely loved it, especially during winter when you just want something warm and comforting.

The selection of meats was amazing too. They had everything from beef tripe to pig brain, and even the oysters were huge and super fresh. You could really tell the ingredients were good quality.

Also, the restaurant was filled with Asians and Chinese diners, which is always a great sign that the food is legit. Honestly, this was the kind of warm, comforting meal that makes you feel right at home in the cold weather. Would definitely come back again.

Looking through previous reviews where service was an issue made us a little hesitant. We didn't have that experience at all. We were sat immediately. QR code ordering made it simple and service was prompt. By the time we were finished the restaurant was full. We waved to our server and she was right over. I also noticed her walking another party through the process when they noted that they were unfamiliar with hot pot.

Came here for the second time and really enjoyed it again. The hot pot tastes great, the ingredients are fresh, and the broth is very flavorful. The service was wonderful and made the experience even better.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hot pot restaurant was disappointing. The overall cleanliness raised concerns, as there were flies around the sauce bar and on some tables. The hot pot broth itself was quite mild and lacked depth of flavor, and the seafood did not taste as fresh as expected. Service was also slower than anticipated, which further affected the dining experience. Overall, this visit did not meet my expectations.

Honestly, the service was terrible. Our waiter acted like they'd never even seen the menu before.
​It was so frustrating trying to order. They offered zero guidance and just stood there while we struggled to decide, pointing blindly at the list. We basically ordered despite the server, not with their help. The lack of proactive help made the process slow and frustrating.

Supreme Hot Pot is straight-up FIRE! 🔥 Came here on a weekend and it was packed for a reason. The broths are next-level – we got the spicy marrow and the tomato oxtail, both insanely rich and flavorful (the spice actually builds and doesn’t just punch you in the face). Premium meat platters are worth every cent: the wagyu ribeye and lamb shoulder melt the second they hit the pot.
Self-serve sauce bar is massive and dangerous (in the best way). Fresh seafood, handmade meatballs, unlimited veggies, and those quail eggs… I lost count after plate 5. Staff kept checking on spice level and refilling our broth without us asking, super attentive even when slammed.
Ended with the free herbal jelly dessert – perfect palate cleanser. $38 all-you-can-eat premium and I’m still thinking about it days later. Already planning the next trip. Supreme indeed, 10/10! 🥩🍲

They changed their lunch price from 22.00 to 34.00 !!!! Good food; don’t know where this prices hike came from. The host was the sweetest though she was super understanding :)

Go somewhere else if you actually want to eat. Paid over $37/pp to be ghosted by the staff. We came in at about 6pm. We ordered the most expensive hot package because we felt like treating ourselves. The waiter only let us order 4 items. The food came out fast but that was it. The waiters absolutely ghosted us after that. I tried to waves them down numerous times. We made direct eye contact on multiple occasions while I was waving at the waiter and he purposely ignored us. We were there over an hour before finally giving up. We decided to pay even though 2 of us were forced to split 4 things and they still DEMANDED A TIP. We refused. There are so many better places that's don't feel like a scam.

I can only rate the service which was non existent. Whether patiently waiting or animatedly raising my hand with eye contact I was completely ignored. You should not need to order a cheeseburger after all you can eat hot pot. I've included a picture of the cheeseburger which was not from here but was quite good. I can't express how insulted I feel for having to pay over $100 to have my wife and I disrespectfully ignored for an hour before having to interrupt the waiter from bussing tables just so I could pay and leave.

Great hotpot place in the area. I brought my family and had no issues and the food is great. There's a weird complaint on here reviews from someone who didn't tip and honestly that person shouldn't be eating out expecting service ever again if they don't tip at all. The area is safe, usually easy to find parking (though not directly attached to the restaurant), plenty of tables and chairs, was able to walk around while holding my daughter's car seat, and they have the spicy hotpot option that I enjoy so we'll be coming back

I am not local - visiting from PNW area with lots of good hot pot options. This one is not that great compared to what we have at the west coast but I still enjoyed my dinner. Most of the issue is the flavor of soup and sauce, plus the quality of the meat. Service was great and this place is crowded and cozy.
