Was staying in DC for a few days and wanted hot pot. This was only 20 minutes from the hotel. We went on a Monday around 6 for dinner. It was not busy.

The food was good, but they stole a $15+ tip not knowing they missed out on a $50 tip from me and the Mr.

I know for a party of 6+ they automatically take a tip it was only 2 of us 🙄

This is probably mine and the families favorite hot pot to go to in this area. The food is absolutely delicious, it’s nice that the vegetables are a buffet style where you can get them at your own pace. The quality is great and so is the service! If you’re into hot pot and in the area this place is an absolute must!!

This used to be our absolute favorite hotpot in the DMV but unfortunately the service has decreased significantly. Little to no service. Had to ask multiple times to get bowls and silverware. Restaurant went from ordering food on your phone to ordering with the server. Unfortunately, the they are extremely short staffed server was also the host and cleaned up, which made it nearly impossible to order more food when we wanted. This was certainly my last time going. I hate that they changed management and cut corners in the process. The end of an era.

Awesome place, good quality. Great selection of sides, sauces, and vegetables. Ice cream too! Sometimes you have to hunt the waiter down but overall a really good experience. For those who have never been to a hot pot they bring the uncooked food to and you cook your food at the table. And you can choose either 1 or 2 of the several different broth options. Great fun for the whole family, and plenty of options for even the more particular of eaters

This is the worst hot pot restaurant in the DMV area. First, the sanitary conditions in the restaurant are concerning since there are flies on the sauce bar and even on tables. Secondly, the hot pot tasted very bland and the seafood did not taste fresh to me. The service was also slow: many sauce and food items on the bar were missing and it took them really long to refill. The fountain drink was terrible: 4 out of 8 options were missing with the other 4 tasting like a mix of drink and toilet water. At the end, while charging a 18% gratuity for a big party is fine, they tempted me to pay another 18% gratuity again while I was paying.

What is ridiculous is the 1-person dine is charged extra $7 for the same amount of broth they serve with the other number of people dine in! The calculation does not make sense here just charging the extra money with everything without good reason and customers feel like being taken advantage. Quality of food is very poor and not fresh. I do not recommend coming here the price is very unreasonable as well.

It’s the worst hot pot buffet I’ve ever had in the United States. The dishes are few and not fresh. I got diarrhea when I got home. Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people.

Don’t order food with them. I ordered some food and they said two of them were unavailable so the canceled the two foods and cook the rest. But when they almost closed they told me they canceled the entire order and they didn’t told me when I ask for the first time. They are very irresponsible to your order so never order food with them.

This was my boyfriend’s first time trying hot pot, and unfortunately, our experience was far from welcoming. When we walked in, the hostess repeatedly told us the pricing, almost as if assuming we couldn’t afford it, which was unnecessary and off-putting.

We were then seated right next to the bathroom, when asked to move we were sat next to dirty dishes,which was unacceptable, especially when there were other open tables available. The selection of add-ins at the buffet was very limited, and a major concern was that the same utensils were used to grab raw meats, seafood, and vegetables, raising serious cross-contamination concerns.

That being said, the food itself was delicious, which was one of the few highlights of the meal. However, the worst part of the night came at the end. After my boyfriend returned from the bathroom, he was shockingly accused of defecating all over it. The manager even wanted to show him pictures, which was completely unacceptable.

Overall, the food was great, but the service and treatment we received were unacceptable. We will not be returning.
