As you probably read from other reviews, their customer service is a joke.
I came here at 7:58PM on 7/30/25 and they never once asked to help me even after 15 minutes. So I sat down, once I did another individual came in for a pickup (I’m black he’s Caucasian just to add) and they IMMEDIATELY started helping him.
I was doing a doordash delivery order, and they actually completed his pick up and gave it to him before asking me a thing. They didn’t even make eye contact with me ever. I had to back to the front desk and they claimed they didn’t have the order for the individual I was getting it for. But even then I am the one that had to get their attention, they acted like I was invisible the entire time (in their racists minds, I probably was).
After another 15 minutes waiting, I was instructed by doordash to go back inside and ask them what happened to the other, they refused to speak with the rep on my phone, and they said that someone else just took it.
It’s 2025 and it’s the same old story. Of course those two ladies didn’t have name tags on, but this place and its owner should be ashamed. Do better, seriously. I usually wouldn’t go through all of this to post, but sincerely, the workers that night had SERIOUS problems. Even the rep for DoorDash over the phone thought so.

I have visit many restaurants and I have never experienced a very rushed service. The manager was really rude, she was treating a new employee really bad. I pretended I didn’t speak Spanish but i understood everything she was telling the employees. She was demanding a lot and she was just on her phone. I believe that is not the right way to treat a coworker just because she has a higher position.
I have always loved coming to this location but after seen this I feel so bad about the employees.

Food has always tasted delicious here, but lately the portions have gone significantly smaller. Go to the other locations, make your money worth for what you pay.
I was a bit rushed to order since it was my first time visiting. I got the salmon bowl with quinoa. Unfortunately, the broccoli and potatoes were cold, and the salmon was lukewarm. When I asked if it could be heated, I was told it was supposed to be served cold — which was disappointing. Honestly, I could’ve made something similar at home if I wanted a cold meal. That said, the location itself is nice.

Absolutely love sweet leaf! I got their chicken pesto bowl and it was so good - expertly mixed with just the right amount of chicken, sauce, and cheese. The proportions are always spot on and they always serve you so much volume of greens. 10/10!

Why is it everytime I come here the attendants say they don't have any smoothies? I literally just want a smoothie and can't get one. Its odd because I came in one day when the manager was there and they just so happened to have smoothies that day.
