I just wanted to say thanks for the super customer service! I inadvertently placed an order into this restaurant. I called in to let them know that I would not be picking it up as I had ordered at the wrong location. The very nice person from this store asked me where I meant to place the order. She said she would call the right store and give them the order. And that there would be no additional charge. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for that! That really made my day! Small acts of kindness make a huge difference. Thanks so much!!!

I placed a smoothie order through the app and selected a specific pickup time. When I arrived at that time, my smoothie had already been made and was completely watery. When I brought it up, I was told that smoothies should be picked up right away—but that defeats the purpose of choosing a scheduled pickup time in the app.
They were nice enough to remake the smoothie, which I appreciated. However, it didn’t really need to be pointed out or framed as something I should do differently “next time.” If a pickup time is selected, the expectation is that the order will be prepared close to that time. Customers shouldn’t have to guess or adjust how they order to get a fresh smoothie.
This seems like a process or system issue with how takeout orders are handled, not a customer issue. If scheduled pickup is offered, it should work as intended. Otherwise, it just leads to confusion and disappointing orders.

Adorable little place and my big fin salad was soo soo good with the pesto dressing....I am now a regular when in the area!! One of the best salads I've had in a long time ...I did get kale instead of romaine

I know people don't go here for the coffee - it's just brewed coffee and that's it - but it's really delicious coffee.
Went there on a Thursday around 5pm with my elderly mother. Not sure if this was a different crew than other shifts but it was a terrible experience. The coffee was cold (not just warm but cold). We asked for some fresh coffee and also let them know there was no diet sugar and that my mom is diabetic. The girl at the counter just shrugged her shoulders. Also, the fruits that I picked in my salad had probably been sitting since the day prior because they were mushy. We've had good experiences here before but this time around it was not good at all.

Excellent food and service! When I was unable to add extra meat via the online app, the manager Haider was very helpful in assisting with this small inconvenience. Highly recommend for fresh food and excellent service!
