Good service, solid breakfast burritos, and nice atmosphere inside. I stopped by on a weekday morning as the bagel shop nearby seemed to be pretty full. I decided to get the sunrise burrito, and it was quite flavorful. Not too large of a portion, but also worth the price in my opinion.

Hello, I have been trying to reach the owner/manager at this location of Sweet Leaf on Wilso Blvd. for two months now. I placed an order at 7:15am on January 22, when I went to pick it up the doors were locked and there was no one in the building. At around 8:15am I called and someone answered. I told them the situation and asked them to make sure I got a credit on my credit card for the charge. I have not received any credit. I know you are a local run shop and did not want to put a dispute on my credit card, but I also do not want to have to pay the $19.34 charge for nothing. Please let me know how to reach the owner. I would like a store credit or gift card for the amount so I can use it when I am in the area........Thank you for your response!

Ordering online from Sweet Leaf requires an accoutn set up, which requires a verification code that for some reason wasn't transmitting today (tried for 45 minutes). I called and Deeana was super helpful with a complicated order of salads, sandwiches, smoothies, etc. The order was ready when we arrived, is accurate, and Deeana was cheerful and an absolute pleasure. She welcomed everyone who walked in while we were there - so nice to meet such a positive person! Food is fresh and full of flavor. The salad dressings really stood out. We will definitely be back!

A great lunch spot, fresh ingredients, and friendly service. I've never dined in, but the space is very lean.

Sweet Leaf recently rolled out a new app. Points were not transferred from the existing app users to the new app, and as a result points were lost - in my case, several thousand points. I attempted to go in to speak with someone, but was met in an almost dismissive manner by the manger, who looked at my transaction history (which was not accurately updated/reflected) and must have decided that it was not worth her time. She told me that 'she had my email address and would look into it'. I emailed them separately to inquire on the status of this, but to no avail - no responses. The food itself is reasonably good, and the line staff always helpful and cheerful. Shame that their laissez-faire attitude from their manager left a bad enough taste for me to seek alternatives.UPDATE 1/19: I have left several messages via the app, and there has been zero response. The points which were converted were incorrect, and there has been absolutely no engagement from you.

My recent visit to Sweet Leaf in Arlington, a familiar franchise in the landscape of tea and beverage establishments, unfolded as a straightforward experience that encapsulated both the expected and the areas in need of improvement. As a frequenter of various Sweet Leaf locations, the visit presented an opportunity to gauge the consistency and quality that patrons have come to associate with the brand.Commencing with the positive aspects, Sweet Leaf maintained its reputation for delivering a range of teas and beverages that satisfy a broad spectrum of tastes. The menu, though not groundbreaking, offered a variety of options from classic teas to more elaborate concoctions. The taste, while falling within the realm of "okay," aligned with the expectations set by the franchise's established standard. For those seeking a reliable and familiar tea experience, Sweet Leaf continues to deliver on its promise. However, certain considerations arose during the visit, with cleanliness being a notable area for improvement. While the overall tidiness of the establishment was acceptable, the state of the restroom facilities left something to be desired. Clean and well-maintained toilets are a fundamental expectation for any dining establishment, and addressing this aspect could significantly enhance the overall customer experience. The franchise nature of Sweet Leaf, while providing a sense of consistency, might also contribute to a sense of predictability that some patrons may find limiting. Exploring more innovative and unique offerings could potentially elevate the brand beyond being perceived as just another average franchise, capturing the attention and loyalty of a broader customer base.On a positive note, the service at Sweet Leaf remained efficient and friendly, contributing positively to the overall customer experience. The staff's attentiveness and willingness to accommodate specific requests reflected a commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, Sweet Leaf in Arlington stands as an average franchise, delivering a satisfactory tea and beverage experience that aligns with the brand's established standards. While the taste remains in the realm of acceptability, attention to cleanliness, and a potential for more innovative offerings could set the stage for Sweet Leaf to distinguish itself further in the competitive landscape of tea franchises. I look forward to witnessing how the brand evolves to meet the dynamic expectations of its diverse clientele.

The food is always delicious but I can't stand how hot the restaurant gets. Not sure if it's an issue with the air conditioning they need to get fixed? I can't imagine how the workers can function under these conditions.

I got a nasty bout of food poisoning from this Sweet Leaf location. I had ordered a Falafel Tzaziki grain bowl with a scoop of corn on 9/15/23, which had been my second time ever going to this location and my second time ordering the grain bowl.I was fine after eating the FT grain bowl the first time, but after eating it on 9/15, I experienced the worst 24 hours of my life. I really enjoyed the grain bowl the first time around and liked it enough to come around a second time, which was why I am giving two stars instead of one star. Still, I am very wary of returning to Sweet Leaf out of fear of food poisoning, and I do not want to get food again from SL.

We got a strawberry banana smoothie, this was by far the best smoothie I have ever had. It was so creamy and the flavors were balanced very well.

This is by far the best lunch place in the area. The restaurant is clean, the food is delicious, and the staff and manager are always so pleasant and happy. Also, love their environmentally friendly packaging.
