I'll honestly tell you that I go to Sweet Green to eat salads only thanks to one very good person, an employee! His name is Tyler Hernundez! 👍👍👍👍He once served us with our daughter, and we liked the service very much! He is an excellent worker, polite, benevolent, always ready to please the visitor!👌👌👌👌 He is ready to do everything to make the client come back again and order a salad again, or something in Sweet Green! I haven't seen such a service in America! I am sure that such employees should be promoted and encouraged, for whom the customer's satisfaction comes first! Thanks to employees like Tyler Hernandez, Sweet green stays afloat, grows and expands! Thank you! There are no words to express gratitude!☺️We hope to see you in the best position in the future!👍🙏

Honestly, I don't understand the concept of this place. I understand they're salads and healthy, but how horrible, very disappointing. It was my first time, and my last, at this place. I love salads, but these aren't worth it. Also, $16 for a salad? Wow, incredible.

Got the hot honey chicken bowl as a pickup order. There was barely any chicken in my bowl (~1/4 cup), literally 3 carrot slices, and just 1 sweet potato slice, 90% quinoa. Reading the reviews it sounds like this is a pattern at this location

I’m amazed with this store! This morning, I went to sweetgreen with my family and the service was great. The food was also delicious. I loved the dressings and the vegetables tasted very fresh. My family and I will definitely be coming back!

Honestly can’t remember the last time sweetgreen didn’t mess up an order. There’s always something missing! Most times it’s the dressing. Can’t trust them to include everything ever since they moved away from the clear tops when you could see stuff is missing (more eco friendly, but shouldn’t be an excuse to constantly leave ingredients you paid for out).

I love sweet green salads but I feel like they give you less protein every time and today I went to the sweet green in Ballston VA. I have to say that the guy that made my salad was super mean. NOT a nice person. He asked WHAT DO YOU WANT? And then I asked for some extra cucumber and his face was like annoyed. It makes me NOT WANT TO go back to sweet green after the treatment from your personnel.

This was my first time eating at Sweet Greens. Unfortunately it will also be my last! My salad 🥗 was delicious. Dathan was professional and efficient. "Protocol" required Dathan to stop 🛑 in the middle of my order to assist a delivery driver. Certainly the customer in front of you is more important than a delivery app? Sweet Greens will never get my money again.

MOLDED Focaccia bread. They either weren't paying attention or they put it in bags ahead of time and just give them to people. I had it delivered so I couldnt just replace it and even if I was there, would I really order another?! Honestly threw me off my WHOLE meal because if they are this sloppy with bread, imagine everything else. So I just spent $35 for nothing. And that was literally for a salad with "extra steak" and bread. $35 with tax. THAT'S IT!
This place is overpriced anyways. I think I'm good on not only this establishment, but all sweetgreens. This was the last straw for me.

OH! And I tried to call to warn them so they could pull it off the shelves, can't reach their staff directly. Got an automated response.

Very disappointing experience lastnight! I came here to get the chicken avocado ranch bowl and the amount of chicken the server gave me was very little (one table spoon worth). I couldn’t even find the chicken in my bowl anywhere. When asked if the server could add more, she hastily stated it would have to be extra. I clarified I don’t want extra chicken, I want the correct portion as this portion is too little(See picture below and see if you can find the chicken in there lol). Then they proceeded to put a brown avocado in my bowl! For $15-$16 of salad, the portion is so small and the ingredients should be premium! And not using brown avocados. When asked to change the avocado, the staff started huffing and puffing lol seriously? Also the bowl didn’t taste good at all. I hope someone contacts me from their management team.

Last night, I purchased a water bottle at the cashier. After paying, I quickly placed it in the provided bag and left. This morning, I took it out of the bag and, after drinking some of it, I realized there was a label on the bottle with someone else’s name. The label appeared to be part of another order or perhaps from a returned item. It also specified to drink the water by 5:30 PM. I’m shocked and deeply concerned for my health—was this a used or tampered water bottle?

The thought that it might have been a return or that I had to drink it by 5:30 PM when it was past that, raises serious worries about potential health risks. This situation is unacceptable, and the establishment must ensure better quality control to prevent issues like this.

I will be looking to speak to someone regarding this issue.

Was shocked when I opened my salmon bowl order. For $18.25, I’d expect more than half a salmon. It was obvious they cut the salmon in half and threw it in; it literally was not even 3 inches long. Horrible and the workers are never nice. Don’t waste your time or money here.
