Just stopped by (4:30 PMish) for a carmelized garlic steak bowl. The steak was so dry, it was barely edible. Refuse to waste $18, so poured on some of my own BBQ sauce (don't like basil, so didn't use the pesto vinaigrette that I got on the side). Very disappointed--not certain that I will return.

I never write bad reviews but when I tell you about the (so far and minimum) 4 day food poisoning bender I had after my bowl here... I've had probabl hundreds of SG bowls at this point but this was my last. Frustrating because I tried to call on Wednesday and it's impossible getting connected to a store, but that's SG not just this location.

We were turned away by staff after we entered the business, who said they weren’t open. (Why was the front door unlocked if they weren’t open yet??)
We had placed an order online through the app, which stated the order would be ready by 9:45, which was only a few minutes away by the time we entered the store.
Fine, we thought. We decided to wait a few minutes, but then noticed the opening time posted on their window was 10:30, even though the opening time on Google says 9:45. We didn’t want to wait that long, as we were obviously expecting an earlier pick-up time.
I requested a refund through the app, which should have been fine, since by this point the employees had retreated to the back and had not started preparing the order. Only to have the request denied through the app for an unknown reason.
I then a minute or two later get a notification that my order is being prepared, literally as I’m looking through the window as the order is clearly NOT being prepared by anyone.
So we decided to go to Tatte down the street. I’m extremely disappointed by this experience, as I’ve had no issues with picking up orders before. Sweetgreen Corporate really has to get its act together, updating the correct hours to Google, the store posted hours, and the app.
