I tried calling the store and all I got was a robotic message and I wanted to complain that I found a rock in my salad. I could’ve choked. I could’ve hurt myself thankfully I just spit it out as soon as I realized something hard was in my salad. I was scared that it was a piece of glass. yes

I have been sweetgreen’s customer for years(Rosslyn location). I like their food and their customer service in general. But there are times when they don’t serve fresh produce. I got the fish tacos today, it has avocado that went bad. This is not the first time this happened. They could have just put it as one of their unavailable ingredients.

The Guacamole Greens gave me such bad food poisoning.... 2 days ago I ordered the salad at this location and started to feel very unwell immediate after eating the food and after a few hours I started vomitting badly and having fever and chills... That was the only food I ate that day. Have been in bed for 2 days straight trying to recover slowly... Have literally been going through hell lol

I came in here this evening because I thought it would be neat to try this establishment instead of CAVA around the corner. Well at 9:30 on a Saturday night, let's just say that everyone is ready to go home. Because my experience is limited here, I decided to ask "Nicholas A" for his suggestion. His response left me deciding on my own because he didn't appear to like anything on the menu board. Any-who, I think I will stick with CAVA when I'm on this side of town, but will try Sweetgreen again because the food is scrumptious. Maybe your employees can have a day where they taste test the offerings. Maybe "Nicholas A" simply doesn't like any of the offerings. Oh well. . .

I ordered a steak salad with Brussels sprouts added which I didn’t think was too complicated. As they started to make it, the workers seemed confused and then asked me how much dressing I wanted but were pointing at a salad that was ahead of me and wasn’t mine. I tried to explain that that wasn’t my salad and then all three of the workers started talking to each other in Spanish seemingly frustrated. Then one of them asked if I wanted Brussels sprouts but was holding the other order that wasn’t mine. I said “yes but that’s not my order”. This conversation was repeated 3 times before one of the workers exasperatedly took the other order away and huffed as she threw it on the counter behind her. The other worker then put the dressing on my salad and didn’t add any Brussels sprouts. By the time the cashier asked me if I wanted to add anything else I just said no because I was so confused about what was happening. Lol Might not visit this location again because of how awkward I felt. 🙃

Tasty "shroomami" salad with mushrooms and tofu. Basically fast food, but quite healthy. Not many standard options that were vegan, but looked like you could build your own. I turned down the plastic lid... the bowl itself was card.
