I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order from Sweetgreen. The salad was $20, but the portion size was significantly smaller than expected. I won't be ordering from them again. Instead, I'd recommend going to Chipotle across the street for larger portions and better value. This experience was a letdown, especially considering I ordered for pick-up through Grubhub.

They premade my online hot bowl 25 min before it was supposed to be picked up. Every item listed as hot on the menu was ice cold when I picked it up, 2 min within my pickup time. So I had some cold rubbery shroom and tofu for lunch because they decided the order needed to be made extra early despite there being nobody in line at the store. The bowl was unsealed and part of the lid was open. Barely any dressing in the container. Staff wouldn't give me any more when asked nicely. I work next door and won't ever be back. Worst sweet green I've ever been to, rudest staff I've ever encountered at a sweet green. They give the brand a terrible reputation.

You guys should not send old chicken from morning or noon that is as hard as a rock to a customer at 8:00 pm. Very disappointing.

A sweetgreen employee blocked my car by parking illegally in front of it this a.m.. When I called it to her attention, she continued walking in to the sweetgreen store. I followed her in and she walked into the back, the other employees told me that she was pregnant and that she had the right to park where she did. unbelievable. Late for my first meeting this morning. Nasty employees who clearly don't understand customer service.

Ordered miso glazed salmon which was good, but fairly plain dish overall. I wish it had more veggies, some salad, or something more to make it a more fully rounded meal.

Google said that this was location was suppose to be open until 9 PM. However, when I got here at 7:55 PM, they had already finished cleaning and everything was packed away. Even if it was suppose to close by 8 PM, I think they still packed up too early.
