I visited this restaurant in February. The food as well as the service was excellent. My visit, April 18 was a totally different experience. We waited 20+ minutes for our server after being seated. With our menus and glasses of water. When she arrived, we ordered cocktails along with our meal choices, due to the delay. She came back a few minutes later, without our drinks or a menu to advise 2 of the 4 items we ordered, were not available. So I asked for a menu and made other selections. Then our food arrived. But not our cocktails. At this point, 40+ minutes since we sat down. That evening, I went to the restaurants website and used the "contact us" option to share my experience. I received a text message the next day from someone representing the restaurant. I asked he/she/them to give me a call. Never heard from anyone.

It was a cute dining experience. The waitress did a great job of helping me and my friends pick things from the menu. The food was good, I'd come back and try more next time.

We love going to T.H.A.I.!! Lunch is yummy. Chicken pad Thai is our favorite. Great iced tea. Service is attentive and fast! Tables are a little tight. Highly recommend gor food!

Yes yes yes!! Great location, clean inside and out. Very busy but customer service was phenomenal. Didn't want anything heavy for this dinner and my salad was the perfect option.very flavorful and had a little spice in the dressing. Spring rolls had to order more because we enjoyed them that much. And my ginger lemon tea top it off perfectly!! I will return!

Never disappointed but always so crowded! Both indoor and outdoor seating so take what you can get. They can cater to your spice tolerance easily and can always get oils on the side to increase the heat. Always piping hot and despite how busy they are, the food comes out quite quickly

The food is really good, and the service is friendly and fast, but the decor/ambience feel a bit dated, or cheaper than average. From the tabletops to the plates and silverware , most things around you feel on the cheaper side, which is a shame, especially when the food is that good.

This place has a large selection on their menu, and the appetizers were great. I had the spring rolls and fried tofu. If you have a gluten intolerance or celiac disease, there's a lot of options for you! My friend and I had the chicken basil and the tempura flounder. The chicken basil was tastey, but it wasn't spicy at all as advertised on the menu along asking to truly make this dish spicy (why I chose this spot originally). The flounder itself was fresh, good fish. The sauce however tasted like watered down fish sauce, again no spice character. If you don't want spicy food, then this would be great for you. If you want true Thai spice, I would look elsewhere. The service was alright, the first man I had was very kind. I recieved the wrong wine, but it ended up tasting great and honestly pairing better with the food than what I had originally ordered! The second person serving us seemed like they were over that day, which I get at the end of a long serving shift, it just doesn't mean you get to be cold towards everyone.Dietary restrictions: Lots of GF options and vegetarian options

Order two lunch specials, really delicious food! They have a new chef so one must visit a few more times to "test" him out. :)

Food is typically hit or miss in Shirlington but this place was actually pretty good. The pad thai was very flavorful and extremely filling. I got it with tofu. You could actually share it between two people if you get an appetizer. We also got the chicken dumplings which were pretty tasty as well.
