I am so mad at myself for sleeping on this place for so long. The food hits the spot every single time. Great happy hour with actual happy hour pricing. Tried them out for breakfast too and the chilaquiles were flavorful. The rice is meh but the beans and others seasonings more than make up for it. Try the Jeffrey to have your tastebuds transported. Also had the cup o Bamba which was a lot of food for the price point. Packed with protein and flavor. Love the free coffee. Great...

Ordered take out. A bowl and three tacos.

The bowl was $15! No bigger than a chipotle bowl. They have way too many toppings and not enough meat. I got the al pastor which was dried, clearly cut way ahead of time, and wildly salty.

The tacos are $4 or $5 each. We had a fish, shrimp, and al pastor. fish and shrimp were good, but al pastor was the same as the salad.

Overpriced for portions and the meat was prepared way ahead...

Overall decent but I was underwhelmed by the torta. Would liked some less chewy bread and a different style of protein (not ground meat). I did like that there was a free coffee special and the staff were very friendly. I would still come back for their tacos which I've had before and enjoyed.
